This studio has been recently renovated. It's located on the garden level of a single home residence. It has its own front door and its fully private. Bathroom and kitchennette are modern and fully equipped. There is Parking for one car, laundry and grill available.

Clean, Cozy, and Convenient

We two septuagenarians were very happy with Francisco's tidy studio. It was clean and well-supplied with all the necessities and more. The location could not have been better... quiet yet close to everything Wellesley has to offer. JD was there to help if we needed anything, and he kindly gave us some produce from his lovely garden out back. Highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful! Francisco communicated well the details of our stay, and remained available to answer any questions. The apartment was very welcoming, comfortable, and clean. The location was great, and within walking distance to nice restaurants, and shops. Just a fabulous place to stay!

Amazing stay in the Boston area

My wife and I recently stayed a few nights here. The place itself is amazing. Francisco is the best host. There were several nice touches for us when we arrived. The city is only a brief train ride away. The train stop is a quick walk too. If you are planning a stay in the area, I highly recommend this place.

Hi Liz, Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify that I sent detailed self-check-in instructions before your arrival, including information on where to park, along with pictures showing the front gate, door, and your specific parking spot. Unfortunately, it seems the pictures were not properly downloaded on the platform, which is why I contacted a VRBO agent to ensure you received them. I also sent multiple messages regarding parking, but it appears they were either not received or overlooked. Regarding snow removal, the driveway is shoveled in the morning and late afternoon during snowfall. Had I known you encountered any difficulty, I would have sent someone immediately to assist. As for the TV, it is a smart TV with all the apps available in Massachusetts. I’m sorry if there was any confusion about how to use the remote. I appreciate your suggestion and will consider adding a printed guide for future guests. Best, Francisco

Charming, Immaculate Studio in Quaint Wellesley!

Francisco’s place is perfect when visiting lovely Wellesley, Mass. It’s immaculately clean, has anything and everything you could need in terms of amenities and is absolutely charming. Walking distance from Whole Foods and the town center. And I had the opportunity to chat with Francisco, as he lives on property. What a delightful and warm host!
