Spend the afternoon observing the historic architecture along Beacon Street before treating yourself to a world-class dinner at one of the many popular restaurants in Washington Square.

Brookline is a very walkable community; and walking the streets is perhaps the best way to discover all the Town has to offer.

? Easy Access Green Line Railway

?Guests can walk or drive to the longwood medical and academic area. The top universities such as Boston University Fenway Campus, Northeastern University, Simmons College, and MCPHS are explorable.

The area has a walkable score of 94 and transit score of 75 for good reason. Paying for food delivery will feel like a waste in this location.

A 5-7 minute walk to highly rated restaurants, bars and shops. Italian, Traditional, Thai, Japanese, Vegan, and so much more!

A 10 minute walk to Brookline Hills, a newly renovated Green Line train stop, that traverses all of Brookline and Boston. Other train stops within 15 minutes include Riverway, Back of the Hill, and Heath St.

There are no reserved parking for guests. However, street parking is free between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. After 8 pm, you must park in the overnight designated parking for a $10 fee.

The standard posted rate includes 4-6 guests. Additional guests may be an additional charge calculated at booking. Be advised that post reservation changes may have additional charges not in the original booking such as pet fees and guest fees.
You can do as much or as little cleaning as you feel comfortable doing. If you decide to strip the beds, you can leave them bundled up on the beds or place them in any of the laundry bins

Guest will be charged $100 for excessive trash/additional trash disposal

No parties or event at any time. Your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged a $700 fine.

No smoking inside the units at any time! The smoking remediate fine is $750
