This home boasts two comfortable bedrooms, each with a plush queen-sized bed topped by a new mattress, soft sheets, and a down comforter. Each room has thoughtful decor and a unique color theme.

There is a closet with hangers, as well as a full wood Dresser in the first bedroom.

The second bedroom also features a closet with hangers, shelves, and a workspace.

Get ready in the 2 full bathrooms, which offer a spacious walk-in shower and a single vanity with plenty of cabinet space to store your toiletries. We’ll provide you with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

When you’re not eating at one of the many great restaurants that are just a short walk away, you’ll be able to whip up a quick meal at this mid-century home. The kitchen offers lovely stone countertops, high-quality appliances, and designer stoneware dishes to serve your meals in style. There is also a smart Brava oven, a high-end Italian Stainless-steel Gas Stove.

** There is NO microwave. (you can re-heat in the Brava smart oven instead)

Enjoy your meals around the charming wooden dining table, which has seating for up to 4 guests. The open living area and the big kitchen island with two bar stools makes it easy to converse with your group from different areas of the unit.

This timeless space is designed with Blu Dot, Kartell, and Normann Copenhagen furniture, so you can take advantage of the luxurious and modern furnishings.

Sit back on the comfortable sofa and watch a show on the flat-screen Smart TV. When you’re not watching TV, enjoy the classic charm of this space and admire the beautiful artwork. The pieces on display range from the Austrian Secession period to the Turkish Ottoman Empire period and include a local modern-day artist, Shepard Fairey, for good measure.

While there is no outdoor space, this sophisticated home is ideally located only a few blocks from King St. and historic downtown, so you can enjoy a cultural vacation discovering this incredible city. Take a short walk to explore this vibrant neighborhood, including some popular dining options and nearby boutiques. Enjoy live music, great shops, and some of the best restaurants in Charleston.

Quiet hours are in effect from 11 pm until 7 am daily and are enforced by the city of Charleston. Mild living noise is expected after quiet hours, but we ask that you be respectful of our friendly neighbors and owners.

In a diverse neighborhood with a unique history, you will experience real Charleston’s life, Joseph’s convenience store at the left corner has essentials. New public pool, Arthur Ravenel bridge, community basketball court, Cedar room at the Cigar Factory and the famous King streets are only few streets to walk.

Charleston is a Southern gem that is explored best by walking. City electric bikes and a city bus are available at the corner of Blake and Columbus st, ride share is popular.

• QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am - Strict & enforced by the city of Charleston.

• SMOKING PROHIBITED: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoking (any substance) is detected or any smoke odor is found in the home after your departure, a fine of $400 will be issued.

• NO DRUG USE: Please do not use drugs of any kind in this home. A fine of 1000$ will be issued. The law enforcement officer will be notified. All guests will be escorted without a refund.

• NO PARTIES or banquets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

• NO EVENTS and COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY - Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the property without our express written permission (if approved, additional conditions and fees may apply).

• DAMAGED ITEMS: If anything should break during your stay, please let us know asap - we understand that things happen.
