While Sanibel doesn’t have a public trolley like nearby Fort Myers Beach, its flat terrain and bike-friendly roads make biking the best way to see the sights. Limited car traffic and plenty of scenic routes make every ride a part of the adventure.

Easy Checkout – Relax to the Very End. Your vacation should feel effortless—even when it’s time to leave. At #302, there are no cleaning check-out chores. All we ask is that you run the final dishwasher load and take out the trash—we’ll handle the rest. Leave refreshed, not rushed.

Toll to go onto Sanibel Island via the Sanibel Causeway is $6 for a standard 2-axle vehicle if using a transponder. If you don’t have a transponder (toll-by-plate) it’s $9. SunPass, EzPass and others will work for the $6 rate.

🚲 Your stay includes 2 complimentary bikes, allowing you to ride to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and even the iconic lighthouse—all just a short pedal away.

Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 21 days, we require additional cleanings to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A $175 cleaning fee will be applied every 2 weeks beyond the initial 21-day period. This includes a full cleaning service similar to the one done between guest stays. We’ll coordinate with you to schedule the cleanings conveniently during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in top condition!

From October 20- Nov 18 we will be working on repairing and relining some of the pipes. We are working hard to limit disruption. There will be pipes running on top of the ground in the courtyard. They may be over walkways so please be careful when walking. There will also be heavy machinery as well as a pump truck so we will have construction noise during this project.

May - October is Turtle nesting season. There are Amber lights throughout the community.

Mr. Cool, Air Conditioning services the unit two times per year. Once in April & once in October, I will contact you if it interferes with your stay.

All the Comforts of Home

The condo was so clean and comfortable. The new renovations were beautifully done. Everything was new and in excellent working order. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would have at home. Loved the location and short walk to beach. Appreciated that there were beach chairs, cooler and beach cart to use. Loved how comfortable and relaxing the furniture was. Soaps, paper towels and laundry detergent were all provided. We had a great time and would definitely rent again. We had a 5/5 star experience.

Newly updated condo with excellent location and short walk to the beach. Kitchen has all the essentials of home. Everything was extremely clean, neat and decorated with a beach theme. Everything was provided for a comfortable week away from home. Beautiful grounds and large pool. Had a very relaxing stay. Would definetly rent again.
