Bring your well-behaved pup along — this unit welcomes <25 lb dog (with approval) so your whole family can enjoy the beach life together!

Getting around Sanibel Island is easy and enjoyable! The island is known for its extensive network of bike paths, making it perfect for exploring without a car. Your stay includes 2 complimentary bikes, giving you the freedom to ride to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and even the iconic lighthouse—all just a short pedal away.

While Sanibel doesn’t have a public trolley like nearby Fort Myers Beach, its flat terrain and bike-friendly roads make biking the best way to see the sights. Limited car traffic and plenty of scenic routes make every ride a part of the adventure.

Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 21 days, we require additional cleanings to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A $175 cleaning fee will be applied every 2 weeks beyond the initial 21-day period. This includes a full cleaning service similar to the one done between guest stays.

We’ll coordinate with you to schedule the cleanings conveniently during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in top condition!

We welcome 1 dog under 25 lbs! A non-refundable pet fee of $275 applies.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please keep pets off the furniture.

Beach relaxation!

We enjoyed our vacation and had everything we needed plus more. We had a week of relaxation and really had a wonderful time. The few questions I had were answered promptly and we were notified quickly of some parking changes that were needed due to some outdoor maintenance and improvements. Absolutely no issues and we would for sure book again!
