The Space:

Located within the popular Watersong Resort, amenities are in abundance between the sparkling outdoor pool, hot tub, volleyball court, children’s playground, clubhouse with game room, business center, and fitness center. Whew! It’s easy to see how you could spend every one of your days here, never having the same experience twice.



What might be even better, though, is that you don’t even need to leave home to get that resort experience as you’ll have your very own private lanai with inground pool and hot tub right in your back yard. Set yourself up for a day of rest and relaxation on plentiful outdoor seating while you turn the pages of a good book with a refreshing cocktail in-hand. With no neighbors to the rear of the home, you’ll truly feel like you’re in your own secluded and tropical paradise! When you’re ready to venture out beyond the home to, say, one of the nearby theme parks, you’ll be just a short distance away from all the fun and adventure you can handle. The golfers in your group will be delighted with the several noteworthy golf courses just minutes from the resort, offering challenging and picturesque opportunities to work on your swing.



Step inside the home to bright, open spaces designed to maximize your downtime. Soothing brown and blue tones are accented by metallic and crystal touches, creating environments that delight the senses. Two living rooms offer space for everyone to spread out and have their individual entertainment needs met, with plush sofa seating and mounted smart TVs in each. The spacious kitchen offers everything you need to whip up delicious meals right from home, with all-black appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for meal prep and storage. You’ll have plenty of dining options between the formal table with seating for 7, a chic kitchen table with room for 4, and 3 high-top stools at the counter for quick and casual bites. No matter where you choose, you’ll be illuminated in the warmth and beauty of natural light streaming through the abundant windows. After dinner, get the blood pumping in the garage-converted-game room where you’ll find ping pong, pool, and foosball tables as well as a dart board for endless hours of competitive fun.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunkbeds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home offers driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles (3 if compact). Parking passes are required and will be provided upon arrival. Parking on the grass or street is strictly prohibited.



•Please note that for all reservations made on or after April 6, 2026, pool heating and hot tub use will be available as an optional add-on for a fee of $29 per night. This fee is not included in the booking price and will only be charged if you choose to request this service during your stay. For reservations confirmed prior to April 6, 2026, the hot tub will remain complimentary, and pool heating will be available as an optional add-on for $29 per night..



- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.



• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable



• This home is equipped with an exterior Ring security camera system, monitoring the driveway & entryway.

• Please note that there are natural water features behind the home, inclusive of native wildlife. Supervision of children is recommended at all times.

You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (18 miles), Epcot (18 miles), Hollywood Studios (16 miles), Animal Kingdom (13 miles), Universal Studios (25 miles), Legoland (24 miles), Margaritaville (12 miles), and Sea World (20 miles)!
