Das Cloud 7 Cottage liegt an einem ruhigen, privaten See, nur wenige Minuten vom Michigansee und den Silver Lake Dunes entfernt. Es liegt nördlich von Muskegon und südlich von Ludington. Cloud 7 hat mehr als 200 Fuß Seeufer und einen großen Garten, um Ihren Outdoor-Spaß unterzubringen. Die 5 Schlafzimmer / Schlafräume bieten Platz für 14, aber Sie können ein paar Kinder auf Matratzen auf dem Boden schlafen. Eine große abgeschirmte Veranda lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Sommer ist eine großartige Zeit, um das Cottage zu genießen, aber September und Oktober sind perfekt für Gruppenretreats, Versammlungen in der Kirche, Ausflüge mit Freundinnen oder Angeltouren (Ermäßigung im Herbst). Boote sind nicht verfügbar, aber Sie können gerne Ihre eigenen mitbringen.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über zwei Wohnbereiche, jeweils mit TV / Kabel. WiFi ist verfügbar. Der große Parkplatz bietet Platz für 5 oder 6 Autos / Lastwagen. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt so viel zu tun in der Gegend, einschließlich der Erkundung der Dünen, des Lake Michigan, der Dune Rides, vieler Restaurants und Snack-Läden im Umkreis von 8 km. Und es gibt sogar eine kleine Insel, die zum Schwimmen oder zu Fuß vom Cottage aus erreichbar ist - der perfekte Ort für Kinder, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Can't beat the location!

We loved staying here as it was perfect space for our two families. The ability to have the kids swim, play yard games and relax by the fire was perfect. Nancy was amazing in communicating and helped us resolve an issue getting a boat pass. It was an amazing week and we can't wait to come back! The only issue was that the beds were a little uncomfortable and several of us had some back pains as a result.

Good cottage vibes

Nancy was great to work with. Plenty of room for 14 of us with spaces for all. Beautiful sight right on the lake and close to everything with an awesome screened in porch. Only issue for us was the number of bunk beds for adults! Kids loved the room with 5 bunks, curtains, lights and fans… Great place, Thank you!

Perfect spot in Silver Lake

This was a great place to stay. It’s on a perfect spot on the lake - real shallow and sandy for quite a ways out, perfect for kids of all ages. A short swim to a small island that the kids can explore. The house is great with a lot of windows and an enclosed porch. A great place for swimming in the day and a campfire at night. Super close to all that Silver Lake has to offer.

Awesome place on the water

Had such a relaxing stay. Loved the screened in porch with comfy chairs. Lots of places to sit and hang out which worked well for our family. House had everything we needed. No problems. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again!

Cloud 7 Summer Family Getaway

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Cloud 7 and we are getting ready to book it again for 2025. We love it here, as this lake was where we summered with our grandparents growing up. We love the home and property and Nancy goes out of her way to be an excellent host!

Very nice rental. Right on water all kids loved that. If it gets warm the whole house does not have air, but had lots of fans. Would definitely stay again.

The Silver Lake area offers so many fantastic things to do! This home was perfect for my family! We enjoyed the beautiful lake views, swimming, fishing and enjoying time together. The home is terrific and the owner was very informative and helpful. We are blessed to have been given the opportunity to stay in this home!

Gorgeous getaway!!

We had such a great time at Cloud 7 cottage! These photos do not do justice to the beautiful property, spacious home, and incredible sunporch Nancy’s home has to offer! It’s absolutely perfect for larger groups, the washer/dryer are a huge bonus, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of rooms and bedding for guests (just bring your own fitted sheets!). We’ve been coming up to Silver lake for years (camping and/or hotels) and coming to Cloud 7 truly changed the experience for us - for the better! The personal touches and handwritten notes were so kind and wonderful, we truly can’t say enough good things about our stay, and will definitely come back for future family getaways. Thank you Nancy!!

PERFECT SPOT

GREAT LOCATION, BRING YOUR JET SKI, PADDLE BOARD AND PONTOON BOAT. SANDDUNE "TOYS" SECOND. THIS LAKE HOUSE WAS AMAZING, WE WOULD DO IT AGAIN. IT WAS CLOSE TO THE DOWNTOWN ACTIVITIES, DUNES ENTRANCE, BEACH IF YOU DESIRE, AND A BEAUTIFUL LIGHTHOUSE. THIS LAKE HOUSE HAD PLENTY OF ELBOW ROOM INSIDE AND OUT.

We loved Cloud 7 cottage. It was spacious and beautiful and had the perfect location on the lake.

Lots of space and parking, family-oriented, plenty of amenities like blankets, pillows, sheets, kitchenware, were provided as well as laundry facilities.

Best "cottage time" ever

This location is wonderful especially if you have little ones. The water is warm and not too deep for little ones to be able to enjoy themselves. There's a large sandbox that provided hours of fun as well. The older kids loved going to the island that's less than a hundred yards away and we even were able to launch water balloons from there to the cottage for a fun activity. The cottage kitchen is well equipped and there are 3 tables to use for eating/game playing. The large screened in front porch was a great place to hang out. The location is very quiet especially during the week and because of the sandbar to the island no boats come past the cottage.

Great location!

My husband and a few friends stayed at this house for a weekend. They loved being right on the water with the island nearby, and close to the dunes. They had good fishing also! Nancy was fantastic with communication and very accommodating.

Lovely

This was a very nice cottage, plenty of room, wonderful screened in porch, and warm swimable lake. Being a group of 10 seniored adults, we struggled with the bed configuration but made it work. The Cottage is set up more for family use than adult use. Lots of bunk beds. We plan on coming back next year but will make some of our own sleeping accomodations to make it work.

This was perfect!

This was perfect for the event we were attending. We were there for a family reunion in Pentwater; there were 9 of us including three pre-school age children. The house was the perfect size to allow for elbow room, and the shallow water was a great place to let the kids play! We had a wonderful time.

Perfect lake retreat for families!

I couldn't have asked for a better lake cottage. Easy access from 31 but feels like a world away. We have 2 small children and this cottage is located on the quietest part of the lake with tons of shallow, grass free water for playing. The slide in the water was an awesome bonus. Start your days with coffee in the screened in porch with 180+ degree view and end them with s'mores in the fire pit right next to the lake. Tons of beds, great parking, water and outside toys & games, the reasons go on to choose this location. Nancy was fabulous to work with and so responsive. The only thing to know is that only one room has AC, but we barely spent anytime away from the water so that didn't bother us. You won't regret choosing this cottage.

We, the owners, are three sisters whose father built the cottage by himself and a few friends, from a log cabin kit, ordered and delivered much like Lincoln Logs. We live in Michigan and Wisconsin. We love Upper Silver Lake and have been vacationing there for decades.

Upper Silver Lake was established in the 1960's. Our cottage sits on two lots, overlooking the biggest section of the lake. Our view contains many feet of lake frontage, shallow water, and an island, which you are welcome to explore.

Our cottage, spread over two lots, has a large yard, many feet of lake frontage, a dock, a "back woods" and driveway to hold up to five or six cars. The cottage has 5 bedrooms (several are small bunk rooms) and can sleep 14 people in beds; more can sleep on the floor. Every evening we are treated to a spectacular sunset.
