Each of our seven spacious and plush bedrooms is designed with comfort and serenity in mind. Post a day of adventure at Disney’s resident crowd-pleasers: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios, or intriguing exploration at Epcot, the warm ambiance assures a peaceful slumber.



Nine luxe beds are spread across the rooms and an additional 4.5 bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy, a valuable feature during long-term stays or large family retreats. Each bathroom is well-stocked with essentials like body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and more for a seamless stay.



A fully equipped kitchen sits at the heart of the villa, complete with modern stainless steel appliances, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, a coffeemaker, and more. Decked with every fundamental utensil, it's the perfect spot to cook delectable meals that your entire group can enjoy at the large family dining table.

While parties are prohibited in order to maintain the tranquility of our community, the vibrant Kissimmee strip offers ample entertainment. Rental cars are suggested for free exploration, but local shuttles offer quick access to nearby attractions too! Please note, parties and pets are not allowed. A $20 non-refundable gate fee per car is applicable. Optional pool and spa heating available for $45 per day.

Interaction with Guests:

We want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay 🌴, so please note that parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited 🚫.



If guests are found to have hosted a party without prior host approval, resulting in extra cleaning 🧹 or property disturbance, additional cleaning fees will apply 💵.



In the unfortunate event that a noise disturbance alerts neighbors or resort security 🚓, the Windsor Island Resort patrol will contact local authorities, and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately ⚠️ — with no refund issued.



📲 All communication with the host must be made exclusively through the app. This ensures quick, safe, and documented responses for any questions, requests, or assistance during your stay.
