Our no-party policy ensures a peaceful environment for all our guests. All host-guest communication is through the app providing real-time assistance and ensuring your stay is memorable.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa and a free parking premises along with a private entrance. You will be able to enjoy all the amenities in your private space, including the kitchen, private pool, and workspace. Experience unrestricted access to the community amenities at Windsor Island Resort from the modern gym to the clubhouse Tiki bar. Guests can also freely roam the beautiful nature trails and use the various sports courts located within the resort.

DISCLAIMER:

Our Pool and Spa Heat Fee is $45 per day and takes 24 hours to pool to fully reach the desired temperature of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and spa 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pool Heat Disclaimer: In the event you purchased pool/spa heat and there is an issue where the heater malfunctions you will be refunded the amount you paid for the number of days of the malfunction. In the event your pool/spa heat was included in your stay you may not ask for a refund in the event of a heater malfunction as you did not pay for the pool/spa heat separately.



Toiletries: All of our homes come with basic starter packs for dish soap, trash bags, paper towels etc.  You will need to go to the grocery store during your time at our home to replace these consumable items.  The home will be stocked with appropriate levels of bath towels, hand towels, wash clots etc.  Due to food allergies the cabinets will be empty so items like spices, salt and pepper etc. will not be on site when you arrive and will need to be brought with you or purchased once you arrive.



Interaction with Guests:

We want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay 🌴, so please note that parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited 🚫.



If guests are found to have hosted a party without prior host approval, resulting in extra cleaning 🧹 or property disturbance, additional cleaning fees will apply 💵.



In the unfortunate event that a noise disturbance alerts neighbors or resort security 🚓, the Windsor Island Resort patrol will contact local authorities, and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately ⚠️ — with no refund issued.



📲 All communication with the host must be made exclusively through the app. This ensures quick, safe, and documented responses for any questions, requests, or assistance during your stay.
