Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom, 2 full baths house directly on the lake. This is a peaceful, tranquil area that captures the beautiful sunrise and sunset. This freshly remodeled property features 2 queen beds, 1 queen sized bunk bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends up to 10 people. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with showers and all linens.
With amenities like WiFi, full kitchen with brand new appliances, under counter built in ice maker, beverage fridge, kayaks, firepit, grill and a washing machine/ dryer combo, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. We are located in Bemus Point CSD and 2 minutes from the popular Steener's Pub and The House that Jack Built. Tops, Dollar General, and local gas stations are all within 3 minutes. We are directly across the lake from Lakewood where you will find Wegmans, Target, TJ Maxx, Panera, Olive Garden (the list goes on.....)! Lakewood and its multiple shops and quaint town are a two turn drive and takes less than 20 minutes.
Relaxing on either level of the two story porch, the dock, or the front yard, you have direct views of the beautiful Chautauqua Harbor Hotel and Celeron. Summertime breezes carry live music and fireworks displays are common during warmer months. The Chautauqua Institution is a short utilizing the bridge at Bemus Point, or better yet bike and take the Bemus-Stow Ferry. By car, it is only a 16 minute drive! Additionally, there is a scenic Riverwalk Bike Trail that connects to the far reaches of Jamestown that is only a 1/4 mile away. Be sure to check out all of their offerings this season! There are outside cameras for protection for ourselves and our guests. COOLERS WITH ICE are not allowed in the house. Please keep them outside in a shady area. Any leak that leads to water issues and or damage will incur a damage fee.
