Kick back on the comfortable leather couches and watch the big game on the smart TV with cable (NEW SPORTS CABLE PACKAGE- details below). The dining room is lined with windows to take in gorgeous views of Chautauqua Lake. The composite deck wraps around the top level of the home to take in those golden sunsets.

The lower level features a cozy game room which includes a pool table, a ping pong table and a wall mounted connect 4. The game room has a smart TV with cable to watch during a game of pool. Right outside the lower level is a stamped concrete patio with an additional dining area and hot tub. The hot tub is a perfect place to relax and look at the peaceful lake.

Point Chautauqua is a historic neighborhood which features beautiful tree lined streets and breath taking sunsets. The community features a community swimming area, lakeside playground and park with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. You will see more golf carts than cars on the quiet streets in the neighborhood. The only lake access for the property is the community swimming area. A dock is not included in this rental.
