Clean Comfortable Stay

This was a clean condo with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 7 adults. It was close to Disney and restaurants. All around great.

Comfortable and Clean

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was incredibly comfortable for all 8 people. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to use and the pool was amazing. Loved the location close to all the parks and in the evenings there is a great shopping area just a few blocks walk.

Great Location

The place itself is great . The downstairs bedroom mattress is like a board. The booking management needs a vacation! I booked at last minuet and while on the road driving to the location the next day they wanted me to print a document and send to them . Also sent me a email and said that if I did not send the signed document back to them by 4:00pm they would have to cancel my reservation and not give me a refund. This was at 2:00pm. I had to have my daughter copy, paste and do all kinds of thing to make this happen from a cell phone. VERY STRESSFUL. They should have had this form sent automatically with my paid receipt when I first booked and I would have filled it out and returned it when I booked.

My apologies if the booking process was stressful. You booked our home late at night and then claimed to start driving down after you booked. I sent you the required forms when I got into the office at 10 am. I sent you a reminder email at Noon. We are glad you liked the home. We apologize about the mattress, but unfortunately comfort is subjective. We haven't had any complaints about the mattress comfort and the owner personally stays in the home 5 months out of the year and has no complaints either.

Nice for the price

When we pulled in security was at the gate but only once the week we stayed. I loved the town house the location was great. Looks a little shabby on the outside an very close to others. One thing I didn't like is the people next to us had several people in and out an took our parking with four kids in the rain late at night I wasn't pleased. I think parking spots should be included with town house rental. Another thing I also wasn't crazy about was having to wash my own towels an rags. Not everything was functioning on arrival. The master toilet didn't work but was fixed the next day. You must provide your toiletries an washing powder so be aware. An also can not leave over half dirty towels an can not leave very much trash. Also bring your own trash bags. Over all wasn't bad but for the money I feel like having a maid to wash an provide soaps an things would suffice. Also being able to contact someone without being charged a fee about things that aren't functioning properly. I may go back I may not.

Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the parking issues and this has already been brought up to the HOA. Each home is allocated 2 spots, but they are not assigned which causes some issues. I will endeavor to get this readdressed by the HOA. Also, I will mention that you had issues with the security as they are supposed to be there 24/7. We hope to catch all maintenance issue prior to a guests arrival, but from time to time things happen beyond our control. I am happy to know that we quickly resolved the maintenance issue you had so that it didn't affect your stay. Unfortunately, rental homes such as this one are not hotels so daily maid service is not provided. The cost for such service would make the rental price unaffordable for most people. The homes are self-catering which means the homes is cleaned and readied for your stay. This means the linen and towels are all cleaned, folded and put away, beds are prepared with the clean linen, the homes are dusted, cleaned, sanitized, the floors are cleaned, the cookware, dishware, and utensils are cleaned and put away prior to a guests arrival. The homes are provided the basics to get you started for your stay to include 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a liner in all trash cans, and 1 extra trash bag in the kitchen, and some starter hand soaps for your use, but you must provide any additional supplies you require during your stay and you must tend to the home as if it was yours. This is how all vacation rental homes operate in this area. Although our ad does indicate that a washer and dryer are provided for your use, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be more specific in letting future guests know this home is self-catering and what that entails. I am not sure I understand what you mean about not being able to contact us without being charged a fee for maintenance issues. We respond to request for maintenance and never charge a guest any fees. Things do break all the time and that is just part of this business. We understand this and will always take care of problems quickly without charge to the guest. The only time a guest would be held responsible for damage is if it was intentional or willful damage that would be beyond normal wear and tear. I wish you had contacted our office during your stay so that we could have addressed these issues before you departed to make your stay even better. We do hope to see you again.

Decent Property

This property was a decent property for the amount of time we were there. The only real downfall is that the kitchen is advertised as "fully modern", which it is not. The stove is outdated and is an electric stove, with the coiled burners. The burners did not stay in place and it made it a bit difficult for cooking. Also, we were not informed that the security gate code had changed, however, the property management remedied that immediately. Overall, it was a great property for the short amount of time we were there. It was clean & comfortable and the pool area was great!

Been travelling from the UK to Florida for the last ten years. We always book a villa for our holiday, and by far this has been the best villa for the price we have stayed in. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommend

Great Area/Nice Condo

The condo was great for our family. My mother does not get up and down stairs very well so she had her own room and bathroom downstairs and the rest of us had plenty of room upstairs. The pool area and restaurant was really nice and the condo had everything we needed. I really liked how close the location was to plenty of restaurants and fast food as well as the Disney parks. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was really nice.

Be sure to bring trash bags, laundry detergent, dish washer soap, and round coffee filters. The location was great, check in and out is easy, great value for a 4 bedroom, the pool is nice, and you're close to everything. I will definitely stay here again.

The home itself was very nice and spacious.

Very beautiful and spacious. Really loved having the washer/dryer. Bedroom downstairs tends to stay warm but I bought a fan which helped stay cool. I will be returning again
