Willkommen in unserem Hause im Regal Palms Resort and Spa.

Unser Haus ist geräumig, hell und sauber und hat Qualität Einrichtung im gesamten. Sie werden die komfortablen Möbeln und modern eingerichtet und voll ausgestattete Küche zu genießen. Flachbild-Fernseher sind in jedem Zimmer, und wir haben ein Blu-Ray DVD-Player und kostenlosem High-Speed ​​Wireless Internet sowie kostenlose Ferngespräche innerhalb der USA und Kanada.

Unser Haus in Regal Palms verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit eigenem Bad. Zwei Doppelzimmer teilen sich die dritte Bad. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Flachbild-Fernseher, Memory Foam Matratze Tops und sind wunderschön dekoriert.

Unsere Südlage Hinterhof bietet eine Terrasse, Tisch und Stühlen einen Gemeinschaftsgrill die schöne Florida Wetter zu genießen.

Es gibt zwei Pools, einem Strand Eintrag Pool-Bereich für die Kleinen, Whirlpool, Spielplatz, Beachvolleyballplatz, Tiki Bar, Billard, Clubhaus und am Pool, Bar, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym / Fitnesscenter, Kindermakeovers und Haare flechten, Banana Jacks Indoor-Spielplatz und Arcade und 24-Stunden-Rezeption.

Der exklusiven Wohn Resort bietet Gründe, die üppig und gut gepflegt sind. Das Resort ist gut für und immer im Schaufenster Zustand aufgehoben.


Lage, Lage, Lage!
Über die Straße von Regal Palms ist Highlands Reserve Golfplatz, und auf dem Platz vor der Tür gibt es einen Publix Lebensmittelgeschäft und Drogerie, Applebee ist Resturant, Pizzerias, British Pub, Bank, Geldautomat, Medical Center und vieles mehr. Walmart Supercentre ist 3 Meilen die Straße hinauf.

Unsere Lage ist großartig. Wir sind 8 Meilen von Disney und zentral zu allen Attraktionen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Küsten Strände auf beiden Seiten sind eine kurze Fahrt (1 Stunde, 15 m). Es gibt so viel zu tun, dass Sie Jahr für Jahr zurückkehren müssen, um alles zu erleben!

There were instructions to help with wifi passwords, trash disposal and dishwasher instructions. Loved there were televisions in each room, plenty of towels, utensils and cookware were plentiful. We also loved that there was a Keurig machine.

For the most part we loved the place. The beds are comfy and there were lots of extra pillows and bedding so we were comfortable. The kitchen/house had most of the things we needed. The original listing said there was a BBQ and a blender but they don't have these items. There is supposedly a community BBQ but they are not gas BBQ's. There was some initial confusion regarding our check in and miscommunication about how to contact the property manager. However, it was easy to contact the host and any confusion was sorted quickly. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again and enjoyed our time. The pool facility is lovely.

The pool facilities were wonderful. My kids had a blast. The property was mostly clean. We had an issue with a mystery brown smudge on a duvet and it was a little dusty overall. One day after coming back from the pool a stranger was in our unit without notice claiming to be the property manager. After phoning the property owner we were able to confirm it was indeed legitimately the manager but it was unsettling to come back and find a stranger in the unit.

The home was exactly as described, very convenient for a family visiting the area and much more cost friendly than hotels. The resort itself was just ok, my youngest enjoyed the lazy river and water slide however, the arcade room is extremely outdated and several of the machines did not work. There was a mix up during our check in, the front desk clerk put us into the incorrect unit and we're not informed until we were unpacked, this was a slight inconvenience but luckily I was contacted about the error before we got too settled in. Overall I thought this was excellent value and would stay here again. Our host Linda was very responsive and provided accurate information.

We just spent a week at this property and it was everything and more! The house was clean and perfect for the 5 of us. Could have easily had more people staying without feeling like we were living on top of each other. Also The beds are super comfortable which was a great plus, I usually don’t sleep well unless I’m in my own bed but I didn’t have that issue here. Check in/out was easy and all the staff were very friendly. The amenities at the resort are just as described. Pool/lazy river area is where we spend the majority of our time. I will say tubes/floats are not included for the lazy river so we did have to buy a few, next time I’ll just pack them. The bar/restaurant on side is convenient and not overpriced. I didn’t realize the resort wasn’t walking distance from the property, we had to drive up there. But by no means was that a deal breaker. If we were traveling without the kids maybe you could walk it but with the little ones it would have definitely been too far. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a low key get away just to hang by the pool or for a place to crash after busy days at all the parks. We did one day at Disney. My kids are young and more than that would have been too much for us. But the drive there and back was only about 25min each way. We will definitely be back!

Nice gated community

This is a cute house and was pretty clean. The only thing I noticed that could’ve used some extra attention was around the windows and back door way but it was not terrible. Only 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag were provided. This was an easy fix as we just bought a small bag of tablets, small package of TP ,since we were staying a week and a small box of Walmart garbage bags. The only 2 things I would say were annoying and was of no fault of Linda was that since this is a gated community whenever we would DoorDash after about 9pm we would get a text from the dasher they could not get in as there was no one at the gate. The number to call the front desk is a process to get through and our driver ended up waiting quite a while sometimes. This happened multiple times during our stay. The other thing is more of an issue with regal palms, the pool area is not watched very well and starting on Friday until Sunday there were some very wild kids in the pool and I ended saying something to them as they were huge kids rough housing and wrestling next to me and my little girl. I think the resort should handle this kind of behavior properly. Linda was great, always answer all of my texts and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed with my 6 children ages 8, 16, 17, 18,18,18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The space was very comfortable, beds were comfy and fans are provided since the ac cannot be turned below 72.

We were impressed with the layout of this home. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out. Having 2 "master" bedrooms and 2 kids rooms was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, and the amenities at the clubhouse were awesome as well. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful gated community that was easy to access. Gorgeous home. Very clean and easy to keep clean with a family of five staying there. Great options nearby to get groceries and then cook in the home. Plenty of space for everyone.

5 Star Stay!!

This place is great! My 3rd time staying here. It really is a great price for what you get. Neighborhood and pool area is nice and stores/food very conveniently located. Beds are comfortable and the home is updated and in good condition. Linda is great to work with, I look for her places as she owns one other property in the development. Only complaint is it is a bit of drive to anything. Traffic has gotten worse over the years so it takes longer to get to the parks or to the beach. Just plan accordingly, with traffic it’s about 1 hour to attractions and the beaches on the golf side is about 2-2.5 hours. The beaches on the Atlantic are a bit closer, but to me they aren’t as nice.

‘25 April All Parks Vacation

We are a family of seven so using a VRBO rental for us is practical. The listing is as described and the host was great, very communicative, and the instructions were very clear for the check-in/check-out process. We used the amenities on check-in day and on our “rest” day. There were a few draw backs which was the distance to the parks, esp with that FL traffic but we made do. The house was clean but like surface level clean, there was still debris on the floors but we just swept it up. The air does not go past 72 and it was a VERY hot week, most nights we just slept with a sheet and the box fan on blast. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Our family has been vacationing in Florida for years. We love it. There is so much to do. It's like a different vacation each time we go. We try to do something new every time along with all of our favorites.

We love Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Sea World and Fun Spot. We also take a day to go to the beach and sometimes make a trip to the Tampa Zoo. A day at Discovery Cove is also one of our favorites!

I love that families make their own vacation memories in our home. That's really special to me :-)

Regal Palms is perfect for families. There is so much more for all of us to do here. Kids are able to meet new friends at the pool and play all day. We are able to really relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings and beautiful weather. A drink by the pool is always fun too. On the days that we want to go to the parks or other amusements, it's a short drive to get there, and most importantly, a short drive home to a comfortable bed!
We really have it all here. The resort is unlike anything else in the Disney area and we have a complete home with kitchen, laundry and living space. Plenty of room to have family visit us there too.
