Staying in a dome amidst nature is a unique experience. The circular structure offers an amazing view of the surroundings, with peaceful sounds of rustling leaves, chirping birds, and a flowing river below. The cozy dome has a queen size bed, night stands, a seating area, mini fridge, and a k-cup coffee maker & heater/ac. At night, the starry sky and nature's sounds lull you to sleep. Waking up, you feel refreshed, and the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views leave a lasting impression.

THE DOME EXPERIENCE
Staying in a dome immersed in nature is an experience like no other. As you step inside the dome, you are immediately greeted with the feeling of warmth and comfort as you look out to the breathtaking views of the sandstone cliffside and the flowing river.

The dome itself is cozy and inviting, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. A comfortable bed, nightstands, a seating area and a "Dome-a-Loo" (a portable toilet for any midnight emergencies) are all thoughtfully arranged within the dome's circular walls. The dome is elevated on a wooden platform and just outside your door you have a private fire pit and chairs to enjoy a warm fire and relax with a beverage.

As night falls, the dome takes on a magical quality. The sun casts a warm, golden glow over the landscape, creating a sense of calm and tranquility. The starry sky is visible through the dome's clear panels, and the peaceful sounds of nature continue to lull you into a deep sleep.

***This dome is located the furthest from the main building (600 feet). Guest vehicles can be parked in the main lot by the Gathering House. Wagons are available to help transport your belongings down to your dome.

***UPDATE: We are now fully hooked up to electricity so no more worrying about the generator.

Also please keep in mind that this is a glamping experience, not a hotel experience. You may experience a few bugs, small animals and some dirt. If you are okay with all of those things then book your stay! We are excited to host you!

*Dome 4 is nestled furthest down on the property, this dome sits in our least-lit area to preserve the beauty of the night sky. It’s intentionally darker for an incredible view of the stars.

If you prefer a brighter setting with more pathway lighting, we recommend choosing one of our other three domes located a little closer up on the property.

OUR PROPERTY

Our property is comprised of 6ac of land on the Wisconsin River...we have a cornfield and a private hiking trail for our guests to the North, a seasonal cabin to our South the river to the East and a road and natural area to the West. We are 1.8mi from downtown Wisconsin Dells.

Our property also has 4 cabins, perfect for couples and friends to come to the same place and have their own accommodations, a Gathering House (Converted Tavern) social area, that is set up as an intimate and cozy atmosphere (think speakeasy), a 24x24 covered deck and 24x10 patio area. Follow the trail down the hill towards the river and you'll find 225ft of raised walkway through a natural Sandstone canyon that arrives at our private 80ft dock on the riverfront. You'll find excellent walleye, muskie and sturgeon fishing as well as carp, catfish, sheep's head and a bounty of other stuff to catch along with scenery that will make you fall in love...
The views from the dock are the crown jewel of the property.

We offer a larger central grilling location by the Gathering House. We have a communal fire pit in the space beyond the covered deck and plenty of wood to burn on site. (you also have a small private charcoal grill and fire pit outside your dome)

Our goal is to host couples, small groups of friends, family or coworkers and provide a space to disconnect from technology, connect with each other, share some unique experiences and make amazing memories you and your loved one/s, you're closest friends or coworkers will look back on for years to come. GET ON THE WATER!
-Kayak Rentals: Leave right from our dock! $40/4 hrs or $50 for the day. We have inflatable Bote kayaks that are very stable and comfortable to paddle in. There are a number of amazing rock formations and breathtaking scenery right up river from our private dock. If you are looking to hang out on a sandbar or small beach there are plenty of those to paddle to not far from our property. Pack a lunch and some cold beverages and enjoy your day!

Welcome to our Glamping Dome retreat where the entire property is yours to explore! The Gathering House beckons you from 7:30am to 11:00pm, inviting you to indulge in a delightful cup of coffee, latte, espresso, cappuccino, or a soothing hot tea. Revel in the comfort of the space, complete with ample seating, WiFi for your work needs, and an array of board games and cards. Two additional bathrooms ensure convenience for all. Feel free to bring your beverage of choice, order in some delicious food, or simply unwind on the couch, whether in the company of fellow guests or that special someone.

Just steps away, our covered patio and grilling station await, accompanied by a spacious communal fire pit area under the starlit sky.

Embark on a leisurely stroll down the property to discover a wooden walkway leading to the dock and the picturesque Wisconsin River. Sip your morning coffee by the water's edge or try your hand at fishing during the day.

**During June-August, our dock bar welcomes river traffic on Saturdays (2pm-6ish) and Sundays (12pm-5ish). In the winter months (January-April), the Gathering House transforms into a pop-up Speakeasy from 7pm to 11pm a couple times a month. Fear not, our valued guests are always welcome, and you can even request to join the reservation list for our exclusive Speakeasy nights. Your unforgettable getaway awaits at our charming Dome haven!

There are two full private bathrooms on the upper part of the property that you may use during your stay. A "Dome-a-Loo" is provided in your dome for your convenience, for any unexpected night time bathroom breaks if you do not want to walk the pathway up to the main bathroom.

We ask that you stay in the designated area on your dome platform for your safety. There are only natural barriers and we want to keep everyone safe as your platform is near the edge of the cliff side looking down to the river.

We do have the Gathering House on the top half of the property which you are welcome to use during your stay. You can use the coffee bar, play some games, relax by the fireplace, hang out on the covered patio, grill some some dinner or just relax.
