This two bedroom, two bathroom, 1500 sq. ft. condo will allow you room to stretch out and relax after a day of fun in the Dells. The unit includes a master suite with bathroom and a 2nd bedroom with two queen beds. Located at Chula Vista Resort, condo is privately owned and operated. If additional space is needed, guests may also rent the adjoining Chula Vista 2239 Suite!



The Space:

Welcome to your Wisconsin Dells retreat! This charming condominium offers a comfortable and luxurious experience. Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a fireplace and plush seating, perfect for relaxation. The condo features two bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and two bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi and a Massage Chair for ultimate pampering. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for preparing your favorite meals. For added convenience, there is Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Enjoy free access (seasonally) to an outdoor pool, lazy river, wave pool, and a bar/restaurant with river views, plus a pavilion with grills. Please note that this is a privately owned condo, not affiliated with Chula Vista Resort, and waterpark passes are not included.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire condominium. Summer guests can enjoy three outdoor pools. The property includes a lazy river and a swimming pool directly in front of the condo, with a wave pool located on the river walk behind the building. Gas grills are available for guest use in the front of the condo.



Other Things to Note:

Waterparl Lost Rios: We do not offer waterpark passes to Chula Vista's Indoor or Outdoor waterpark. However, we do offer no resort fees in order to accommodate for the lack or waterpark passes.
