Charming cabin getaway in the woods, private trails, only 20 mins from WI Dells!

Welcome to The Bear’s Den, a peaceful and secluded cabin nestled in the heart of Mother Nature! This tranquil getaway offers a respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Situated just 20 minutes north of Wisconsin Dells and a few miles from Lyndon Station, WI, it's the perfect escape for those seeking a quiet retreat with quick access to local attractions for those looking for some excitement too.

Location and Surroundings: The Bear’s Den is situated on four acres on a dead-end cul-de-sac off a sleepy country road, providing a serene and secluded environment. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike up Fairy Bluff on private trails through the enchanting woods, encountering multiple rock formations along the way. The property also features a sledding hill down the bluff, making it an ideal destination for outdoor winter activities as well. And that’s just The Bear’s Den property! The Dells area has countless year-round options including dining destinations, events, indoor and outdoor waterparks, skiing and snowboarding, wineries, state parks, lakes, and rivers to explore. For motor enthusiasts, the surrounding area has ATV/UTV-friendly roads and snowmobile trails are nearby as well.

Accommodations: This cozy cabin boasts two bedrooms and three beds (including a bunk bed), and one full bath. The open kitchen includes a brand new refrigerator and stove and all of the utensils guests would need to prepare their favorite meals during their stay. Flame-kissed cooking is always available on either a gas or charcoal grill. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to curl up to at night with firewood included for convenience; which can also be used at the fire pit outside. For the musicians, there's a piano and an acoustic guitar begging to be strummed!

Outdoor Spaces: The Bear’s Den features several decks, some open-air and some covered, each offering various seating options for guests to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Find the perfect place to soak it up on any of the multiple outdoor seating areas from gliding benches to swinging hammock chairs, to bistro chairs, to benches. From these vantage points, visitors can often spot deer, turkeys, cranes, and an array of other wildlife, adding to the peaceful ambiance of the property. A large outdoor table is also tucked under the covered portion of the deck allowing for dining al fresco in many weather conditions. The fire pit is perfectly tucked into the woods for evening gatherings and s’mores! We also recently installed a universal Level 2 EV charger with built-in NACS and J1772 adapters.
