The living and dining area, kitchen, and another bedroom (queen bed) with a full bathroom are on the second floor. Then on the third floor are two more bedrooms (a queen bed and two single beds) and a Jack & Jill bathroom. This home is a great layout for two families since they can be on the first and third floors. There is also an extra full refrigerator in the garage! The owner provides 3-bikes, 8-beach chairs, 6-tags and 2-umbrealls (not guaranteed)
