Private parking, free beach tags, eat-in kitchen with full-sized fridge, and a balcony over looking Landis Avenue are just a few perks you'll enjoy when booking a stay with us. We are walking distance to the Promenade, retail stores, restaurants and bars, and of course.. the Beach!

Location was excellent! Price was great! Size of the rental was perfect for my group.Some areas were dusty, bathroom could use a paint touch up and a part of the sofa bed came through the sheets and almost cut my daughter while she was sleeping.

Check in process was super easy. We were central to major bars and restaurants. The parking was super helpful and we were a great distance from the beach. Like a 2 minute walk!! I don’t have many complaints. Only thing I could say was we happened to drop something under the bed and it was quite dirty with dust.

Great location for a weekend in SIC

Justin's place was the perfect spot for our weekend in Sea Isle City. The apartment was centrally located to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The bar across the street could get noisy on weekend nights, but that wasn't an issue for us luckily. Justin was also super accommodating and flexible when we asked for an early check-in. Would stay again!

Great location

First time staying in Sea isle. Rental was very clean, well equipped with home comforts. Easy all the way to checkout. Thanks to the hosts for accommodating on short notice.

Good location - Very Poor Sleeping Arrangement

Location was good - one block from beach and walkway - bars and restaurants within one block. Sleeping arrangements very poor - one small windowless bedroom with basically a bunk bed arrangement in it (maybe a double at most on the bottom). The other bed was a pullout couch in the living room. Also for the foreseeable future they are doing a major tear down and I assume some rebuild on the large property next door which is a basically a square block. While I was there they had cranes breaking up cement and metal sections - the whole building was shaking that I was in and I thought this building would collapse too!

Great stay

This is the first time time staying in this condo. The check in process was super easy and the owners were very easy to contact if need be. The location was great between walking distance to the bars and resultants made it easy to get around. It was perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy the week at the beach!

Great getaway!

A perfect little gem in the heart of Sea Isle. Small space but nicely laid out with all the amenities you could need. Its within walking distance of everything. Would absolutely stay again!

Dark and dreary

The description did not match reality. The attempt to make this old motel room into a 1b/r condo failed. The "bedroom" was so small and the bed itself was abhorant. The mattress was so uncomfortable we left feeling so achy. We brought our own linens and towels, had we relied on the pillows and blankets it would have been worse. The lights throughout were terrible. Some worked, some not. Toilet seat was disgusting. Owner was very responsive and professional, however this place is apparently geared towards kids that don't really care where they sleep. This needs an owner review and some changes.

My wife and I are both from Philadelphia. We had been spending time down the shore with our respective families since we were very young and we're now excited to share the place we love with other travelers.

This condo is perfect for a young family or a couple looking to enjoy a beautiful beach town. We combine convenience and affordability. Just outside the door you can enjoy mornings breakfasts at the pancake house, long sunny days full of beach activities, and evenings spent enjoying dinner, drinks, or a walk along the Promenade. With so much to do, you won't need much more than a comfortable and clean home-base for recharging.
