Welcome to 3901 Pleasure Avenue! Beachfront in the heart of downtown Sea Isle. This 2-story, top-floor condo comfortably sleeps 6. With 2 oceanfront decks, 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths, this unit boasts splendid ocean views from just about any room. The second floor features a master bedroom where waking up to the morning sunrise is easy. The second bedroom sleeps 4 (queen and twin bunk beds). Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Beach View Terrace is the premier beachfront location in town. On the promenade with direct beach access, walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Next to Excursion Park for outdoor family concerts and weekly farmer's market. Walk to Pickleball Courts, Fish Alley, Sea Isle Skatepark. Morning Sunrises & Moon Reflections

A spa visit for the soul.

This was truly an amazing stay. The condo is clean, well equipped and the view from both floors just offers instant relaxation. The sound of the waves and the glorious sunrises are note worthy ! This was our first stay in the lovely town of Sea Isle City. Our unit was exceptionally well stocked and the specifics of what we needed to bring with us was described perfectly. It is in a wonderful location within walking distance of restaurants, gift shops, bakeries, and ice cream shops and the views are perfect. The front yard, or backyard I suppose depending on one looks at it, is the beach. You are literally on the beach with a bit of the boardwalk between. The sounds of the ocean at night is true splendor. And the hostess was fantastic - always available. Thank you!

This is the perfect beach condo! With expansive oceanfront views, you can enjoy the beach and waves without leaving the condo. The beach is a short jaunt and, being in the center of town, restaurants, delis, ice cream, arcades and Wawa are all nearby. The host, Jen, was easy to reach and very responsive. The condo is well designed, with an easy to navigate kitchen, comfortable living room with TV and pull out sofa, and a full bathroom (toilet, sink & shower) on main level. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.The building has 2 elevators, one on each end to take you from ground level to the condo, which is located on the upper level of the building.This condo is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We love it!

Continuing Traditions....

This was a our second time at Jennifer's place, and it was just as lovely as the first time. This location was perfect for taking part of all the SIC holiday festivities. The family could easily walk to the winter wonderland, restaurants, and shops. Kitchen didn't disappoint as I made our Thanksgiving dinner, and the space was perfect for us and our two teenage boys. Truly an amazing place -- would recommend to others in a heartbeat. Thank you to Jennifer for being so responsive to questions and for creating such an easy check in/out process.

Perfect Family Getaway

We were not disappointed when we arrived at 3901 Pleasure Ave. There was so much to love about this condo. The first thing you notice upon entering is the beautiful ocean view. The kitchen has been remodeled and has a very clean look to it. You can see the ocean from the kitchen sink. The couch doubles as a bed and is a nice large size. Having 2 full baths made it perfect for us and our 2 older children. The location is convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, public basketball courts and Wawa. I would love to visit again.

Excellent Location; Wonderfully Cozy Home Away from Home

The four of us spent the long Thanksgiving weekend in SIC, staying at this lovely condo. Kitchen is amazingly stocked with cooking gear (e.g., I made our Thanksgiving dinner at the condo), the views -- especially at sunrise are amazing, living space is comfortable and spacious. We could bike to the local grocery store, easily walk to a variety of local events and stores, as well as walk to and take out from numerous local eating establishments. The cherry on top, however, was being (literally) a stone's throw from a beach walk, bocce on the beach, or a walk/bike ride on the promenade. Host was quick to respond to questions, as well as clear with instructions/directions. Our best stay in SIC yet!

A born and raised Jersey girl, a formative part of my upbringing and fondest memories were spent at the shore. Though I left "home" for college and have lived out west now for over 25 years, the tradition of spending summers at the beach has continued annually for my family, including my husband and our 2 sons. In fact, my mountain boys will tell you that hands down, the best part of the summer is the 2 weeks they spend in Sea Isle City. We are so excited to share our little slice of Sea Isle with you, knowing that you'll love, as much as we do, being right on the promenade, with the ocean views, just steps to the beach. So open the curtains, step out on the balcony, take in the sweet smell of the salt air, and settle into all this special condo and quaint shore town has to offer.
