The space
This bright and modern first-floor apartment offers comfort, convenience, and thoughtful touches throughout. Large windows fill the home with natural light, complemented by recessed lighting and ceiling fans in every room. Window A/C units are installed during the summer for added to keep things cool. It comfortably sleeps 4–6 guests with two queen bedrooms and a bonus room with a convertible queen sized futon (extra sheets, pillows, and blankets provided).

Enjoy a fully modern renovated bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with a built-in seat, touch-faucet sink, and hotel-style amenities (including a hairdryer, heat pad for styling tools, and more.).

Each bedroom has its own Roku TV, mirror, closet, ceiling fan and plush bedding. The bonus room adds flexibility for extra guests.

The lounge area is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, with a reclining leather couch, large TV, and Nintendo Switch Dock (Switch and controllers not provided).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge (ice & water dispenser), stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig (with coffee), cookware, and utensils. Dine at the four-person table (or add seating with the kitchen island bar stools). Wall mounted ironing board and iron included.

Enjoy the New England weather with front and back porch seating, drinking a glass of wine in front of the fire pit or beating your travel companions at cornhole.

Free street parking right outside the home, 24/7, with no permit required. Note: Driveway is reserved for the owners.

We can provide a toddler bed by request, but require advanced notice (at least 72 hours before check in) to have it prepared.

Please note: For allergy-sensitive guests, we are a pet-free home.

Guest access
You'll have full, private access to the entire first-floor unit in this two-family home. Enter through your own front or back door—no shared spaces. The back entrance includes a ramp with one step, great for those needing limited stairs.

Other things to note
- Transit: Bus stop at the end of the street connects to rail and T stations.
- Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and driving both works great—and parking is always free!
- We are within 30 minutes of Gilette Stadium for all your event needs.
- Close to the Boston Marathon route, Boston College, Boston University, etc.
- Must be 21 years old or over to book
