Please note that this property offers two separate, similarly priced units within the same building. If you prefer the second-floor unit, let us know, and we can transfer your reservation, subject to availability. Both units are comparable in layout, finishes, comfort, and pricing.
The main level of the first-floor unit features a private queen bedroom with premium linens, a full bathroom with a soaking tub and elegant fixtures, and a bright open-concept living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, pantry basics, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and wine glasses. A dining table provides a comfortable space for meals or remote work. This level also offers direct access to a private outdoor deck with seating, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and detergent provided.
The lower level is a walk-out basement designed for comfort and privacy. It includes two full-size beds with comfortable bedding, high ceilings, and large windows that bring in natural light. There is a lounge area with a sofa and Smart TV, a dedicated wine cooler, and a separate exterior entrance, making it well-suited for guests who want additional space or separation.
For guests who prefer an upper-level layout, the second-floor unit offers the same quality, pricing, and finishes. This unit includes a primary bedroom on the second level, two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the third floor, and a private deck on the main living level. Both units provide the same level of comfort, space, and amenities.
The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and remote work, Smart TVs with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and Disney+, and central heating and air conditioning across all levels.
