Diese erstaunliche 2 Schlafzimmer hat alles. Zentrale Klimaanlage und Heizung, abseits der Straße gated Parkplatz, Wäscherei in Einheit, Edelstahl-Küche mit Gasherd, 43-Zoll-TV mit Kabel und Netflix, Hof mit Gemüse im Sommer, 3 Doppelbetten, Dusche und Badewanne, Wireless 4-stellige Türschlösser und vieles mehr.

Es gibt einen TV mit Netflix, Wireless Internet, Edelstahl-Kühlschrank mit Eis und Wasser, Geschirrspüler, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, einem Schmortopf, Bambusdämpfer, französisch Kaffeepresse, alle Töpfe und Pfannen und Utensilien, die Sie brauchen, und Granit. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und Badewanne, und wir sind alle Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Papierhandtüchern. Eine kostenlose Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Rückseite des Gerätes mit Detergentien und ein Bügeleisen.

In unserem Hof ist ein Tisch und Propan BBQ und im Sommer sind frisches Gemüse für Licht Kommissionierung.
Das Parken ist für bis zu 2 Autos Tandem zur Verfügung, abseits der Straße in einer Gated sichere Auffahrt mit Bewegungsmelder Beleuchtung und Kameras.

Das Haus befindet sich nur 2 Blocks von der historischen Brauerei-Komplex, der Heimat Sam Adams Brewery (erhältlich für kostenlose Führungen täglich), Mike 's Gym, Ulas Cafe, Bella Luna Restaurant, unter anderem. Die Bäckerei Canto 6 ist ein kurzer Spaziergang Washington St. Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens, Stop & Shop & Whole Foods Supermarkt sind ganz in der Nähe, aber es gibt auch mehrere Läden in der Nähe. Unsere bevorzugten Nachbarschaft Feinschmecker Restaurants Bell-Luna, El Oriental de Cuba Ten Tables & Doyle Pub.

Entlang der Washington Street verkehren mehrere Buslinien: 22 nach Ashmont, 29 nach Mattapan, 42 nach Dudley und 44 nach Ruggles.

Es befindet sich 220 Meter von der U-Bahn-Linie Stonybrook Orange entfernt, mit der jeder Besucher innerhalb von 20 Minuten das Downtown Crossing oder das Government Center erreichen kann. Wir haben einfachen Zugang zu Longwood Medical Area, Museum of Fine Arts, Wentworth und Northeastern University und vielem mehr.

Excellent Stay in Jamaica Plain

The property and neighbourhood are pretty good and the amenities are also really great. Perry is a really thoughtful and gracious host, the attention to detail in the property is amazing, it is very spacious. Also travelling is pretty convenient as it is 15-20 minutes away from Downtown Boston and the Cambridge Area is also pretty accessible. Would recommend this to anyone coming to Boston.

Great place with easy access to Boston.

Stayed here for two weeks during daughters graduation. week. Great house in a nice neighborhood. House has everything you could ask for. It's only two blocks to the Orange Line, which made accessing Boston super easy. Loved this place. Host was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great stay

This was a very comfortable property, and probably the best stocked place we've ever stayed. Lots of dishes and staples in the kitchen, and even first aid and toiletry items in the bathroom. Close to the subway, and it's so great to not have to find a parking space on the street!

Great home, great host

Perry was very communicative leading up to our stay which made traveling with our one year old much easier. He had a crib, stroller, bath seat, high chair, any toys all ready to go. The home was also well kept and homey. Perfect for our needs. Would recommend to any families looking to stay in the area!

We liked our 3 days in Boston very much: comfortable, quiet, well equipped. Easy to commute to town with orange line, Perry very helpful with advice. Big plus: Safe car parking on premises behind gate and Adams brewery around corner!

1st Time to Boston

This home was very charming! High ceilings, hard wood floors, great kitchen, good shower, two good size bedrooms for four adults. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Loved the private parking spot onsite since parking is at a premium in Boston!! Only a couple blocks from Sam Adams Brewery which was great and only a couple blocks from the orange line T. Metro was easy to navigate. Perry and his family live upstairs but we never heard them and he was very responsive whenever we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellant stay!

Our week stay in October 2024 exceeded all expectations. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything inside and outside that we could have possibly needed to make the visit for 2 adults and 2 Boston Terrier dogs super comfortable and memorable. Having access to a completely fenced in yard and ample space to safely park off our car off the street was priceless. Communication with Perry was always prompt and friendly. He provided detailed instructions before we checked in to ensure we were able to locate the property and gain access without issues. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay at a home away from home when visiting Boston or any neighboring city. The home was clean, well supplied for any needs, and we always felt safe, no matter the hour of day or night. If we make it back to Boston, we will definitely look to stay at this property again. What We Needed

We needed a place close to the Boston hospitals as my wife needed surgery. This location was perfect. Perry went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Thank you for your genuine concern for us. Would return to this property if we need to come back.

Convenient Location, great host

We had a great girls weekend - flying into Boston to see a friend. The place had everything we needed and nice homey touches like house plants. The big kitchen table which was a bonus. The off street parking was convenient and appreciated. There was a spacious living room for movies, snacks, and morning yoga. Ula cafe was in walking distance and a lovely spot for a morning coffee and pastry. Would stay again.

Jamacia Plain Boston Stay

I was a little uneasy when I arrived in the neighborhood but everything was fine. Having a designated place to park was important since there wasn't really any place else to park. I chose this place because it was near the Orange line and that really paid off as it will get you anywhere you want to go. I only have a couple of complaints about the home. The first impression when walking into the entry hall was less than desirable. It looked more like a storage locker with a huge pile of shoes just inside the door. The other thing was that I wasn't aware that a young family was living right above us. Be prepared to wake up at around 7:15 in the morning. With the wood floors ever sound is magnified. Overall the place was comfortable with a nice kitchen and good entertainment choices.

A Comfortable Place

My husband and I, along with our daughter, were visiting our other daughter, who lives in Jamaica Plain over Thanksgiving weekend. Our younger ( adult) daughter stayed with her sister three of the four nights we were there. The apartment is comfortable, and had everything we needed, including an abundant supply of hangers in the closet. The unit has nice, very clean wooden floors. We were a little surprised that there was not a single area rug, but perhaps that makes cleaning easier. We were amazed at how quiet the unit was. As it turned out, the hosts, who live upstairs, were also gone, and the noise level did pick. up when they returned Sunday afternoon, but not to the point of being a problem . There is a shared foyer with the host, and upon their return, that space sprouted shoes and jackets, but these appeared to belong to their children, and were not in the way, just a trifle messy. These are more observations than complaints, our unit was comfortable and well supplied, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the light switches being labeled, instructions for the thermostat, and even a little note saying how long it would take the water to get hot! We had a pleasant stay.

Stench From Shoes!

Stench from huge pile of dirty shoes hits you as you go in and out of the front door. Shoes are piled up directly outside apartment so smell wafts into living room any time you open the door. There were clean towels in the dryer when we arrived, but we had to fold them and put them away ourselves. Couch was disgusting and full of stains. We opted to put some sheets over the couch before we sat on it. Dishwasher was full upon arrival. Location very difficult to find since there are no street addresses visible on the houses and address provided pulls up 5 different locations with the same address. Jamaica Plains doesn't mean anything to a visitor who has never been to Boston and plugging in the address with Jamaica Plains does not provide an address. Was told that we could park in the driveway the first night, but there was a car blocking the entrance so we could not park there and had to find street parking which is insane in Boston at 9pm on a weekday. Were told that we could not wear shoes inside the house even though the house was all hardwood floors. The floors were filthy and we picked up hair and other things as we walked through with bare feet. There were no carpets provided in the house to make it easier to walk through on hardwood floors. Not very good for people with bad feet who need support (or carpet) or the elderly who can't bend down to remove their shoes every time they enter the house. WiFi had to be restarted every time that we wanted to connect to Netflix. Neighbors behind the building up late talking very loudly on stoop kept one of us up all night. The bed in one room was ok but in the other room it was terrible. It was so worn out that you had to cling to the edge of the bed in order to not roll to the center. There also seemed to be a Nest camera on the ceiling of one of the rooms that appeared to activate every time you enter. The one from our party staying in that room didn't feel comfortable changing in that room with a ceiling camera. Stair access only to the front of the house. Shower was freezing cold any time upstairs neighbor used washing machine. Appreciated the ability to get in and out with a code.

Nice place to stay in Boston

We enjoyed our stay while we were moving our daughter to Boston. The location was good (quiet but not too far out), really appreciated the off street parking, the house was well stocked with anything you can think of (including band aids which I needed!), and we enjoyed being able to walk to Sam Adams and the Haven.

Quick Trip to Boston

We were in Boston so my son could compete in the New England track meet and to look at some colleges. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment but it provided everything we needed for our weekend visit. Perry was very responsive and checked in during our visit.
