Regarding the temperature concerns during your stay, that weekend saw record-high temperatures in the 90s, which understandably put a strain on any working HVAC units. We’d like to clarify that the home is equipped with a brand-new, professionally installed and inspected HVAC system. Following your comments, we reinspected the property and made adjustments to the upstairs and downstairs vents to help better balance the airflow throughout the home. The thermostat and individual room vents are fully accessible to guests and can be adjusted for personalized comfort. In addition, most bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and we provided portable fans during your stay as an added measure, though no issues were found with the AC system itself during our inspection. We're happy you still enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back in the future.
