Gloria is very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The home was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, and roomy. The pictures don’t do the house or the property justice, everything looked better in person. We would definitely use this place again.

Great Place for a Reunion

This place was fabulous. This was the 1st of many for a Group of Marines who hadn’t seen each other in over 25 years. Great Location, Plenty of Space to move around, plenty of sleeping area, Awesome facility. Host was very helpful and accommodating for all of our needs

Amazing house

Me and my group of 11 men stayed at the house and had one of the best times of our lives. Plenty of sleeping space. Enough beds and bedrooms to accommodate all of us comfortably and that's an necessity traveling with all men. Gloria was an amazing host and was always available to help out with any questions or inquires. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to Atlanta!

LAAD Marine Corps Reunion

Ms. Gloria is the perfect host to work with. This is our 3rd year coming back. There’s not a better place to host a Marine Reunion than this place. Plenty of room in the house where you’re not overly crowded, plenty of beds to support the amount of people. Very clean, property is huge a Zen area for you to get away and meditate if needed! Awesome Place.

Comfortable place to stay for work teams

A nice, spacious house located in a quiet neighborhood. Good setting for Team building - kitchen & dining area for meals and game room downstairs for billiards were our favorite areas. Some maintenance is needed to various areas of the house but nothing that caused us any real issues. Overall the house worked well for our objectives which was a place for our team to stay as we worked a large conference in ATL.

Wonderful Experience

Gloria's house was perfect for our needs. We had 7 families staying at the property for a 16U basketball tournament. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room to get together and have fun. The boys especially loved the lower level game room and the theater room. The kitchen was large and well appointed for our massive meals. Green Egg and a gas grill. Everything we would ever need. Gloria was very responsive to our requests. We highly recommend!

The house had everything we needed, and the location was great!

A wonderful time was had by all. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was perfect for a few families and friends to have a place to come for the night after an event at the Fox! The location is very convenient to downtown Atlanta, and the house was easy to find. We had a little problem getting the upstairs to cool down, but the owners quickly addressed it and had it fixed for us before the group arrived. We found everything else to be in perfect working order, and appreciated the abundance supplies of papertowel, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. It helped in making an easy clean up upon leaving! We are already considering staying again next year! Thank you!

Problematic Stay

The house has a lot of culture and art. However it needs a lot of updating and needs professional cleaning. The living room is restricted. The kitchen chairs and bar stools were filthy and ripped. There were roaches in the kitchen. Garage door malfunction and continued to come up on its own throughout the stay. Had to continually call owner to put it down. Hot tub unusable, gym room flooded with water unusable. The hostess is an amazing woman and very accommodating. We made the best of our situation.

While my goal is to satisfy every guest and to go above and beyond expectations, in this case I obviously failed. I always take feedback positively and offer no excuses. The formal living room has had the same posting for years. I simply ask that you not have food or liquids since the carpet is white and the sofas are silk and very unforgiving. I have adjusted the extermination schedule to every 2 month instead of the usual 3 month intervals. The garage door did malfunction and the repairman reset it, noting the problem as being "interference". The bar stools are fabric and are re-upholstered annually. The outdoor hot tub is drained and off limits as explained during the tour. There was record rainfall in Atlanta during this stay where it rained constantly daily for over a week which caused the overflow of the floor drain on the veranda, an extension has since been installed. Be assured that all issues have been addressed or scheduled and feedback is always welcomed.

Wonderful experience!!

My family traveled from New York for a family wedding in Atlanta finding this house was like winning the lottery!! better than that- Gloria the homeowner -was amazing. She went above and beyond any expectation to help us - to accommodate us - and to make our stay the most comfortable it could be!! Our flight was getting in late on arrival day and Gloria ran to the store for us that day knowing things would be closed when we landed and picked up some items for us!! The house easily accommodated the nine of us and it made for a very comfortable experience getting ready for the wedding activities. Everything was extremely clean and in order Gloria went over all the details of the house and made our stay very smooth. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a house that staying in the Atlanta area to definitely contact Gloria and stay at this location it was amazing. Thank you Gloria for all you did!

What an amazing experience

I was hosting my wedding in Atlanta and saw that Gloria’s house was near by and decided to visit the property to see its potential and I would like to say pictures do not do this property justice. I reached out to Gloria and explained to her my weekend plan and she was very welcoming to the idea and was happy to help me host my wedding weekend. I rented the house for my groomsman and conducted our pre wedding reception in The backyard. The house was big enough to host all 20 of my groomsmen overnight and accommodated all my extended family to all have dinner together in the house. The backyard has everything you need plus ample amount of parking. I was able to have different food vendors come to provide options to my guests. My total guest count was 250 people in the backyard and Gloria helped the night run by smoothly. I’d highly recommend Gloria and her home for your next outdoor event. Just let her know your plans and she will help you make your dreams to reality.

Stellar Experience

What an Awesome Experience at The Estate Property 26-28 August! We were in ATL to see our Future Leader's Universities (ASU vs HU) play their first HBCU Football Game and our accommodations were SPLENDID! The Estate Property is BEAUTIFUL and was the perfect design/layout for all age groups in our family. The grounds had perfect seating options and space for our kids to enjoy themselves. The Entertainment Area in the basement was one of the favorites, different activity options for all. Our Host, Gloria, was prompt and always available to address any questions that came up. Everyone was extremely pleased with the property and looking forward to the next booking.

Amazing Rental and Experience

Renting to the film industry can sometimes be a challenge, but not with James and his group. Excellent communication, before, during and after the stay. They were all very respectful of the property. We worked out all of the logistics and everything went well. You are welcome back anytime!

Lovely experience

We had our small wedding reception in the lovely backyard. Gloria was very helpful and attentive to any questions or needs we had. We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend!

Awesome Wedding Weekend

Omg, where do we start, Gloria was the greatest host ever. Interior and exterior was beautiful, checking in and out was easy, all of our guess admire the property so much. I’m so happy we chose the right place for our wedding weekend getaway, amazing location, no issues at all, Thank you again Gloria.
