We're so glad our JuneApple property 3468851 was the perfect fit for your family gathering and that the spacious bedrooms and dining areas even allowed you to bring your outdoor activities inside during the high temperatures. Regarding the temperature variation between floors, this is a natural characteristic of any multi-level home as warm air naturally rises to the upper levels. The property is equipped with a brand-new, professionally installed and inspected HVAC system with full thermostat and individual room vent control available to guests. Following your feedback, we reinspected the property and adjusted the air vents throughout the home to better balance the airflow for future guests. We're glad the fan in the master bedroom helped in the meantime and hope to welcome your family back again!

We’re utterly surprised by your negative review since we did not receive any reports of dissatisfaction from you during your entire stay even though you were in contact with us about other general questions. We know that we had record rainfall during the week of your stay which made the property and its amenities unfortunately not as desirable. We also found some damages after your stay that we had to repair and replace, so we believe your review might have been written out of spite to not get charged, unfortunately. The property was thoroughly renovated just last year before being furnished and rented as a furnished rental and is constantly maintained. There’s no water damage anywhere at the property, we have consistent guests and bookings, and a lot more reviews on the other major booking platform where this property was listed alone first and where we also still list and host this property which our future guests are welcome to read for themselves. Despite your false review, we hope you enjoyed your stay.

Unfortunately, there was an unexpected city power outage on the morning of your arrival, which unfortunately affected the AC system. A technician was promptly dispatched to ensure it was functioning properly for your stay. Since the previous guests checked out late that morning, our cleaning team prioritized having the interior fully prepared by your scheduled arrival time (so that they didn’t need to use the extra 1 courtesy hour to push back check-in, which we mention in house rules can happen on same day check-out/ins). As a result, the outdoor area was still being finalized shortly after your check-in. We apologize again that they missed two napkins under one of the chairs and offered to have them come back out.We also checked with both of them and there was no smell besides the sanitizing cleaning. The listing clearly states the property's location shown on the listing map, as well as the full street name, city, and zip code included on top of the Rental Agreement you accepted upon booking. (The street is pretty short and there is only one street with that name in that zip code). This property is in a safe quiet neighborhood in Decatur and is one of most desirable furnished rentals, we take pride in our properties and certainly don’t own and operate properties in any bad or dangerous areas. Regarding guest limits and visitor policies: We strive to provide clear communication, and we mention the visitor policy right in the listing description, in the house rules and Rental Agreement. Occupancy limit rules are in place to ensure compliance with city guidelines and are also industry standards designed to ensure all guests have a peaceful and uninterrupted stay, while also being respectful of our neighbors and the surrounding community. Unfortunately, your total guest count already reached our maximum occupancy limit. We appreciate your recognition of our team's professionalism and are glad your family enjoyed the hot tub and showers. We always aim to communicate transparently and address any concerns that arise as efficiently as possible.
