This 3BD/2BA home offers two large bedrooms with private ensuite baths, plus a cozy daybed trundle room stocked with kids’ amenities. Enjoy gated front and back yards, a Spanish adobe fireplace, and a one-of-a-kind chicken coop out back. When available, fresh eggs and seasonal fruit will be offered, and toast your arrival with a local bottle of wine, on us! Welcome to our home!
Tucked into a charming multi-unit farm, this standalone Spanish farm cottage feels like a hidden storybook escape—private, peaceful, and full of character. Arrive to open skies and country calm, with up to 3 parking spaces and the rare option to park an RV across the street. Enter from either side via keypad and step into fully fenced front and back yards, perfect for pets, kids, and slow mornings outdoors.
Inside, the home unfolds with warm Spanish farmhouse charm: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with thoughtful amenities, private in-unit laundry, and a cozy living room centered around a glowing adobe fireplace. Every space is designed to feel welcoming, relaxed, and lived-in—in the best way.
Out back, wander past the chicken coop, soak in the farm atmosphere, and enjoy nature at your doorstep. When available, guests are welcomed with fresh seasonal eggs, fruit from the property, and a local bottle of wine—a true farm-to-stay experience.
Despite its countryside feel, you’re just minutes from the beaches and best dining, shopping, and coastal experiences of Santa Barbara—the perfect balance of farm charm and beachside living.

Pets - please clean up after your furry friends and we kindly ask no pets on the furniture, dog beds are available inside :) Failure to comply will result in additional charges.
