Diese Quintessenz Santa Barbara Spanish Style Beach Home liegt nur 2 Blocks von einem der Santa Barbara beliebtesten StrĂ€nde, West Beach, und 2 Blocks von der State Street Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Haus wurde komplett vom Boden bis zur Decke mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten umgebaut. Luxus ist an Ihren Fingerspitzen von der Gourmet-KĂŒche mit KĂŒchengerĂ€ten aus Edelstahl und Terrakottafliese zum Hinterhof Terrasse mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln. Genießen Sie das Leben im Freien mit Grill, Außendusche und Spa.

Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer mit WC fĂŒr bis zu sechs GĂ€ste. Das Schlafzimmer beherbergt ein luxuriöses Kingsize-Bett und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Das zweite Zimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad mit einem Doppelbett und das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Hinterhof Terrasse. VollstĂ€ndige Offenlegung: unseren Platz vielleicht nicht die beste fĂŒr 3 Paare (Wer ist der Etagenbetten zu bekommen) sein. Auch glaube ich nicht unhöflich sein, aber bitte nicht zu fragen Sie, wenn Sie mehr als 6 Personen (insgesamt) haben. Kinder und Kleinkinder etc werden als GĂ€ste.

The pictures didn’t do justice for this place. It is bright, airy and a wonderful open floor plan. There are many, thoughtful touches throughout the house, like a Nespresso machine, plush bathrobes, phone chargers on the night stands, bikes to take to the beach, board games, a hot tub, outdoor seating area, nice “clean and free” shampoos, conditioners and cleansers, and a well appointed kitchen, with great appliances. You can’t beat the location. It is very close to the beach and wharf, as well as State Street. We enjoyed using the bikes provided to ride around town. We will definitely stay again at the location. Can’t say enough good things about it!

House was great! Had everything we needed for our quick weekend in Santa Barbara. Perfect location and was setup very nicely for our 6 guests! Only thing we didn't realize beforehand was the home does not have air conditioning, but weather was great during our trip, so it was not an issue for us!

We had a terrific time in Santa Barbara for our son’s wedding. This house is super close to the many venues in the Funk Zone, the beach and the train station stop which is perfect if you do not want to have a vehicle.

Beautiful home centrally located in Santa Barbara. Very quiet and tranquil location. Was easy to get to so many of the sites just by walking. We really didn’t need our rental car unless we wanted to drive outside of Santa Barbara. Folks need to be prepared for no AC, but owner provides lots of fans to keep the air moving. Kitchen is so well stocked! Evening soak in the hot tub was a bonus. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend this property for friends and family.

Santa Barbara summer weekend

The house was clean, with accommodations as advertised, good amenities, good location. No AC, but multiple room fans and cool morning and evening weather made it pleasant. The host was responsive to all questions, and even placed an Amazon order while we were there for our comfort!

This property is an ideal location and everything you could think of is included. We enjoyed our stay, especially having three bathrooms for 5 ladies. It was not a problem, but was surprised by the no air conditioning (it is mentioned in the docs the owner sends, but didn't see it on listing). Overall, beautiful property, very easy check in/check out, and perfect property location that is super convenient to beach, State Street, and Old Town.

West Beach Charm

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was clean, had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy our stay in Santa Barbara. The home is tucked into a nice neighborhood that felt safe. The backyard was private and great for sitting and enjoying the weather. The beach and places to eat were all within walking distance. The airport was an easy drive. Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to Moxie, the children’s museum, and lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, making it a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. We’d definitely stay here again!

Two Mainers

We had a delightful stay in this charming cottage. It’s just a short walk to funky shops, bike trails, and a majestic beach. I was able to take a nice five mile run with a light ocean breeze at my back and no humidity! Living on the east coast in the summer means you have to plan your activities for early day, so as to avoid a soaked exhaustion. Here, I didn’t have to plan a time. We ate fresh grapefruits each morning, plucked from the happy tree in the door yard. The space provided a sheltering afternoon shad, where we could enjoy a glass of wine and some relaxing reading. We were delighted to find they provided a Nespresso machine for coffee. Our morning coffee is important to us, providing an elevated coffee option enhanced our stay. They were thoughtful in offering not only a dairy creamer, but a coconut option as well, perfect. Our favorite restaurant was Toma. We were seated inside near an open window with an ocean view. This seemed crazy to a couple of Mainers, at home we would have been carried away by mosquitoes. We enjoyed grilled Spanish octopus , Tuna cones, and sausage rigatoni. The premium cocktails were spot on. Don’t miss out on the farmers market. They set up camp on state street every Tuesday starting around 3:00 in the afternoon. I bought one of everything I hadn’t heard of before, and was pleasantly impressed.The vendors were kind and generous. We loved this place and hope to return next year.
