They were resolved within minutes of calling the front desk. I would recommend this property to anyone. The only thing I would suggest would be adding paper towels and more trash bags in the condo. The trash bin was not close to the condo, so I had to put in my vehicle and drive around and find one to put the trash in.

I enjoyed my stay at the condo. I really appreciate the fact that they were able to change from the original condo that I booked which was upstairs. By the way, when I booked the property online it did not state that it was upstairs. I was traveling with my 82-year-old mother and would have not booked a unit with stairs. Our condo was in walking distance from the beach which was very nice. The only issue that I can remember is not being able to get the remote in the bedroom with the two beds to work properly and it would have been nice to have some type of curtain or covering on the window next to the front door. Overall, it was a great stay and very enjoyable. I let front desk know about the issues in our condo and they sent someone to repair them the same day. I would stay here again.

There were only a couple of things to complain about.... The storm door is on backwards, so it is a pain to get things in and out of the front door. In the master bed room.... the cable tv does not work and the mattress is VERY uncomfortable! (the sofa bed was more comfortable than master bed). None of those things stopped us from having a great time!

I have stayed an Sandpiper Cove at least 5 times over the years, if not more and I have had nothing but good experiences. Unfortunately, this time was different. The apartment look as described, no issues there, however on the first night I found dirty dishes in the pantry. Not huge deal, i always wash things before use anyway, but when I opened the dishwasher, a small roach fell out of it. Then about an hour later, another one showed up. I have never had to deal with bugs before. I ended up killing 6 small roaches during my stay and they were not limited to just the kitchen area. Another issue was the tub was clogged and drained very, very slow. Maintenance came out and fixed very fast which was a blessing. The rest of the stay was ok, just was disappointed, with the roaches. This was again, my first time having this issue. Not sure if I will stay again, but the condos for the most part are a nice place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove at least six times per year the last few years. Almost every experience has been great and the units wonderful. This unit was a mess; TV cable did not work, electrical and lighting issues (possibly dangerous), holes in the wall, sliding door handle was broken (that was fixed on day three). We should have received some portion of a refund based on the condition of the unit. 9208 was not up to your normal standards. Too many hassles. I have photos on the issues that I can provide.

Perfect for a quick weekend getaway!

My 4 teenagers and I booked this rental last minute for a spring break weekend. It was clean and very spacious. It was a bit dated but had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is just across the street so it was pretty convenient. Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly.

I had my 83 year olds mother, who could barely climb 2 flights of stairs. I also stated we would be on the beach but instead we was across the street. The closest she could get was on the ramp. It need to be wheel chair accessible for handicap. Also, at check in they could be a little more precise as to all the games and activities offered. I only knew by conversation thru other guests.
