Amazing location close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Best part was that it’s right on the ocean with beautiful white sandy beaches, clear waters and dolphins daily!!!!

Perfect for the family

Cleanliness of the property was on point. The condo was spacious and accommodated my family perfectly. Decor was nice. The only problem I had was there were no stoppers for the tubs or sinks. This does not however, stop me from leaving a 5 star or rebooking. It deserves the stars!!!

Great condo!

This condo was in a great location. We loved the balcony which partially overlooks the beach but is somewhat protected from the wind. Condo is near multiple restaurants and grocery stores. All of our needs were met without a lot of searching. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Late check in went seamlessly. Check out super easy. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful vacation and stay at this condo. The view was excellent. The location and walk to the beach was excellent. I enjoyed my morning tea and breakfast on the deck watching and listening to the ocean waves. Our family had fun playing pickle ball and a round of golf on the 3par course!! The condo itself was perfect for our family of 4. Had everything we needed for a home way from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the property was nice& The location was perfect. It says it’s pet friendly, which the condo itself is but not the beach. So beware your furry friend will not be able to go on the beach and enjoy the day with you. This is not in any of their descriptions or listings. I believe it’s false advertisement to say that it’s pet friendly but not also list that the beach within the entire county are not dog friendly. So staying here although close in proximity to the beach was wonderful and the grounds were nice. In my opinion, the description should state that although the property is pet friendly, you are not allowed to take your pet on the beach. Those of us that consider our pet Family are highly disappointed when we find out that they’re not even allowed to enjoy the entire vacation.The unit itself was nice. The view was decent from the top balcony. The grounds were clean. They do check for parking and those guys were very nice. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants being loud or obnoxious or staying up too late. It’s in very close proximity to lots of things to eat and do all you travel short distances. It takes you long periods of time due to the time of year we went. I would recommend this for people who don’t have pets however I would not recommend it for somebody who wants to take their pet with them everywhere they go

While our property is pet-friendly and welcomes furry companions within the community, you're absolutely right that Okaloosa County ordinances do not allow dogs on public beaches, and we understand how disappointing this can be for guests who view their pets as family. Bad beds, dirty floors and poor customer service

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both bedrooms had very high beds. My elderdly mom fell off of the bed and injured herself. There should be at least one bed that no one has to climb into or out of, especially for elderly and small.children. The master bedroom matress was very uncomfortable and had a raised bump in the middle making it extremely difficult moving throughout and lounging with my husband. I wore socks around the condo and they were black on the bottom after 20 minutes... defintely not clean floors! We tried to get clean linens twice and had poor customer service. Went at 430 and was yold housekeepung cloaed at 4. Came back the next day and was told we must bring dirty linens before we could new linens. We shouldve been told beforehand. Very unforunate and rude especually after paying 3900 for 6 nights! Wull be lookung elsewhere in future! I can do a lot more with 3900 than stay in a dangerous, dirty condo with poor customer service! Must do better!

Sandpiper cove is a perfect location for a beach getaway!

Really bad experience with sandpiper cove

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every neighboring unit was being worked on so I had loud loud construction happening by 7am every day. I mentioned it to the Shannon the manager and she told me “it isn’t her responsibility to know what other units are doing”. We had a horrible death in the family and we had to leave a few days early and everyone else in our group was refunded those funeral days by their hotels but sandpiper cove refused. The unit was filthy and the bathroom tub leaked and the toilets didn’t flush all the way. In the same conversation with the manager in the office, she said she would send a clean team over but she wasn’t going to “battle” me in the office. Battle? Try addressing customer expectations. Not a battle. I would rent from anyone except sandpiper cove.

Great condo with unpleasant staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived 7/1 after hours and were given a temporary parking tag which clearly said it expired 7/6. The next morning (7/2) I ran to McDonalds across the street for my hungry crew. I planned on eating with them at the condo and then going to the Rental Office for the official check-in immediately after. When I pulled in with the McDs food, the rude guard at the gate informed me that I needed to check-in immediately. I told him I would later after eating. He told me I had until 10am which was false. He was just looking to start trouble and obviously not liking his job. After eating, I went and officially checked-in which went smoothly. However, I stopped off at the laundry exchange to ask for 3 pillow cases due to 3 at the condo didn’t have any on them. The woman at the counter was so unprofessional and condescending. Is it that hard to find decent employees, Sandpiper? Your staff is so rude and clearly need training in customer service. The condo was fabulous though, so it made up for these unpleasant staff members. I’d give your staff a zero but it only allows a 1 for lowest rating!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience with 1 exception- AC. The bedrooms in the unit were extremely warm at night. The living and kitchen area were very cool but the AC unit does not cool bedrooms regardless of what you do. The thermostat is in the kitchen where it is cool but the bedrooms are sweltering. Unit it lovely with this exception. Stayed in the same one 3 years ago and experienced the same thing. We believed the new remodeling would have included a fix to this problem.

Home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely unit, with a cozy feeling, and decor. Fully equipped kitchen with some cute touches - the cutest bottles with lights in them...created such a nice ambiance on the kitchen counter areas. Love the the living room, great tv stand with games ....nice bathrooms. We never used the second bedroom....but cute! The only reason for not 5 stars... was a bummer the master "slider / door" did not open due to repair delays ...which is actually why we ended up with this as our booked location had stair repairs being done and we had to be moved to another option. The view of the beach from master is nice, and it was a big bummer we could not lay in bed and hear / look at the ocean, but it does have a full long deck with great chairs to enjoy the views. This is our 2nd time staying at Sandpiper cove, and we actually did not use the pools, etc..but they are nice and everyone is nice and helpful. It was nice having rugs on floors ( cozy ) and everything you might need is there to get you started. We would book this unit again!!
