Feel your stress melt away the moment you open the door to Unit 2123 at Sandpiper Cove.

This beautifully remodeled condo features a spacious balcony with stunning views of Destin’s emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands. Comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Located on the second floor (no elevator), this unit accommodates up to six guests (ideal for families with children) or five adults max, and includes two parking spaces.

The condo has been thoughtfully converted into a 1½-bedroom unit - offered at a lower rate than a traditional two-bedroom - while maintaining a bright and open layout.

The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV with Cox Cable TV included, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including ample granite countertop space. A charming dining area completes the open-concept design.

The guest sleeping area includes twin bunk bed and a wardrobe, while the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, spacious dresser, closet, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view.

You’ll also find two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, and high-speed internet. A doorbell camera is installed by the front door for added security - this is the only camera on the property.

Sandpiper Cove is a gated resort community in the heart of Destin, surrounded by top-rated restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, amusement parks, and world-class golf courses. Nearby Destin Harbor offers pontoon and jet ski rentals, dolphin and sunset cruises, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and more.

This was a great place to stay! Everything as it stated! Was not expecting the amenities of shampoo and soap. That was a nice bonus! Walk out to beach and beach chairs was a bonus!

This is our third stay at this condo, and each time is better than the last. The condo is clean and modern and has all the amenities that my children and I need. The beach is a short walk down the stairs, and the host provides beach chairs and umbrella, which is much appreciated. The host's communication is A. I highly recommend (and will continue to book) this location!!!

The unite was clean, very close to the beach and had a great porch/deck. We loved staying at this property. The whole family had a great time. It took us a day to get adjusted to how loud the AC blower was but that was a minor thing. We would love to stay here again!

The area and building were perfect. This was my first trip to Florida and it could not have been more perfect . Anything I needed was nearby and the beach was right outside our door. Everything was comfortable and the host was very quick to answer my questions. STAY HERE!

Everything about the property was excellent. Beautiful views and the rooms were clean and set up so nicely with all the amenities listed. Returning customers

This was our family’s 2nd stay in this beachfront unit and it was just a fantastic as before! My parents were in the unit below us, my sister and her family 2 units to the left, and my brother and his family across the street. We absolutely love everything Sandpiper cove has to offer and we start every morning on the beach. Most evenings are spent on the porch watching the kids play in the sand. This unit’s porch is spacious and has the best Gulf of America breeze in the evenings. The 2 bunks and pull out couch were perfect for the two teens and my younger child while my husband and I enjoyed our private room with a door and our own bathroom! Trust me when I say that this unit is worth the expense. You won’t find a better location, view, or a more responsive host. Can’t wait to stay again soon! Thanks for a great July 4th week!

Great Beach Week!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo in Destin, FL! The property is located in a safe, family-friendly community that made us feel comfortable and right at home—perfect for kids. The short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient and made our beach days super easy and stress-free.The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. It was also stocked with several essential items (like kitchen basics, bathroom/shower basics, and even some beach gear), which made settling in a breeze and saved us a trip to the store right away.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We’re already planning to come back in the future!

Destin area is amazing because this city have have all the nature and the most beautiful sea and so many tons of blue and the sand is as white as snow, it is incredible beautiful. At the same time, the city offers plenty of fun activities, plenty of options of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics, everything you possible need, is right there. It is a developed city in the middle of the nature. Just perfect.
