This cozy 2 bedroom home has a lot to offer for a weekend getaway or week long family fun! Plenty to do on at the property, featuring a large playground, six kayaks and dock space along the property to bring your boat. Conveniently located within walking distance to Lawson Boat Marina with daily boat rentals available. Bring your fishing gear for peaceful, morning fishing along the river. In the evening, enjoy the large fire pit area with plenty of seating or sit under the pavilion and watch the sunset. Pavilion is equipped with grill, available for use.

The home sleeps 8-10 comfortably, with extra beds as needed. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed, while the other bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed and additional twin cot. In the living room with a view of the river, there is an additional queen pull out bed for extra sleeping space. One additional cot available, as well as fold out chair for extra space. Linens, pillows and towels are provided.
