Important Access Note:
A 4×4 vehicle is required to access the property. The home is located approximately 3 km from the main highway via an unpaved, steep mountain road. While the drive is adventurous, it is well worth it for the privacy, cooling breezes, and incredible views.

Prior to arrival, we will send you a secure door/access code with detailed directions and check-in instructions.

Security:
The community includes a guard booth and nighttime security, providing added peace of mind during your stay.

Open-air design: Some areas of the home are designed to blend indoor and outdoor living. While this enhances airflow and views, it also means you may hear natural jungle sounds.

Power & internet: As with all rural areas in Costa Rica, occasional brief power or internet interruptions may occur. These are typically short and outside of our control.

Weather & climate: The tropical climate can include heat, humidity, rain showers, and changing weather conditions, depending on the season.
