Wonderful Beach Stay on Hill StreetWe had a wonderful stay at this Hill Street home! The two-story house was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with the added convenience of a two-car garage.The private, fenced backyard was a favorite feature, with a nice covered seating area and in-ground pool, and gas grill - Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.This location is hard to beat! Beach access is just steps away, and it's an easy walk to Chase's on the Beach for a meal, appetizers and drinks. Just a few blocks away from Hill Street, you can access the drive-on beach and drive right back down to the area near the house. We especially enjoyed the surf fishing and spending our days on the beach. It was wonderful having everything so close while still being able to come backto a private, comfortable home and pool.Great Location, Great Amenities, and a perfect setup for a New Smyrna Beach vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Had everything we needed and loved the beach access right out the front door. The outdoor space was great and we loved the pool. Even though the weather wasn't great for us everyday, we were able to sit under the covered areas and listen to the rain while enjoying a cup of coffee and reading a book. Such a beautiful beach house in a great location.

This is a great location to the beach within 120yards and the pool is amazing as was the house. The communication was always answered within a moments notice as was this property being right off the expressway and right across the bridge from town.

Enjoyed our stay

My family and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! My mother-in-law loved the downstairs area where she had her own pad with everything she needed. The property had everything we needed for our entire stay. Thinking about next year already!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in NSB. Great location just steps away from the ocean. A1A traffic is loud but you get used to it. Super easy check in/out process. The pool was awesome! ☀️

Beautiful beach house

A very well appointed and well located beach home. Walk to beach is simply the distance of the next lot so about 150ft, very easy. Pool area is very nice including the extra half kitchen and lounge area. Great beach house. We would stay again.

Whats great spot, steps to the beach

This was a great house. I only wish we stayed longer. Very convenient to the restaurants and steps from the beach. My boys enjoyed the backyard, pool, bicycles, and boards. The house is extremely comfortable and so spacious. We cant wait to come back to this property soon.

Wonderful beach house

Very nice house, pool and location are great. Only one block from beach and you do not have to cross a busy road to get there. Has bikes, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. Very relaxing.

Everything we needed!

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family and extended family that visited while we were there including teenagers and young adults. We were able to bring our Frenchie and had access to a pool. The short walk to beach was perfect and loved the amount of beach/pool equipment including the bikes. We would definitely consider renting again.
