Bright, spacious and airy 1 bed/1 bath condo with a large, open concept living area. Recently renovated, with hardwood and tile floors, it's so close to the ocean, you may hear the waves crashing while relaxing on the balcony.

Make memorable meals in the stocked kitchen with quartz counters, generous cabinet storage, farmhouse sink, glass-top electric stove and a Keurig coffee maker. Three bar stools line the counter for casual eating and a comfortable place to gather while preparing meals. The dining table seats 4, and if you are working remotely, there is a brightly lit office nook, with a wooden desk, chair, desk lamp and an outlet nearby.

A large, wall mounted television has cable plus streaming capabilities or you can disconnect entirely to read, puzzle, play games or catch a nap. The cozy, plush lounging area with two chairs, comfortable loveseat and coffee tale is the perfect place to rest, relax or chat after a long day of adventures. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the main living area.

The roomy bedroom has a split-king bed, a large clothing armoire, a corner sitting nook and two dressers. A second Smart TV in the bedroom has a cable box and streaming capabilities.

The bathroom has a walk in shower, storage cabinet, wall storage and a comfort height toilet. The bedroom and living area are cooled by wall-unit AC units and each area also has a ceiling fan. Off season rentals in cooler months, stay comfortabe with baseboard and wall heating units.

The balcony is a pleasant place to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. The condo is located away from the street and traffic noise, allowing some privacy and quiet. The building has a laundry room in the basement and also a bike room to store your wheels. One reserved parking spot comes with the rental.

Please note, there is a 30 night minimum stay and the occupancy limit is 4 (including children). We do not allow pets, no smoking, and absolutely no parties, gatherings or events. Strictly enforced. A signed rental agreement with copy of ID is required at least 2 weeks prior to your reservation.

Linens (sheets/towels) are NOT provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use in the summer months.

This condo is located in a well-kept building with great neighbors, it is a lovely, caring community. There are security cameras in the common areas of the building for safety and building and apartment access is controlled by digital locks.
