You'll have access to the entire lower floor of the property and your own entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Please note that there is an upper unit on the property and it is owner-occupied. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit.

A washer and dryer are tucked discreetly into the space, making it easy to keep your stay stress-free and comfortable.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen makes staying in as appealing as going out. Cookware, dishware, and basic pantry staples like oil, salt, and pepper are on hand, along with a drip coffee maker to start your mornings. From quick breakfasts to hearty dinners, you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals with ease.

Sleeping arrangements
The suite features two separate bedrooms designed for rest and recharge. The primary bedroom includes a king bed dressed in soft linens, plus its own 55” TV for late-night viewing. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, creating a calm and restful space for two additional guests. Blackout curtains in both rooms ensure you’ll wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a shower-tub combination and is stocked with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels. A hair dryer is also provided, so you can pack light and still feel at home.

Outdoor living and parking
Step outside to your own fully fenced gravel area, perfect for fresh air or giving pets room to roam. The backyard itself is reserved for the property owner, but the fenced front area gives you outdoor space to enjoy during your stay. Parking is simple with one designated garage spot and plenty of free street parking nearby.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the property monitoring the entrances and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
