Why stay at the rest when you can stay at the best! Nothing like garage parking and an Elevator! This is the apartment above my newly constructed detached 3 car garage, est. 2021. Large garage with covered parking. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 hide a bed, full kitchen, fireplace and an elevator (max capacity of 6). The Garage Majhal also has a full size washer and dryer. Air frying convection oven and charcoal grill & smoker. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender. 70" Samsung smart TV with surround sound stereo with Showtime, Starz and HBO Max via Hulu and Netflix also. Master bedroom has a TV as well. Ironing board, Iron, Hair Dryer, Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner. Curel lotion, Purell hand sanitizer, Olay Ultra Moisture body wash. Centrally Located. Very Walkable 81 and Very Bike able 87 scores from Walk Score. 10 minutes to downtown. About 30 minutes from all of Denver. Berkley Park sub division. The Tennyson Street shops and galleries within walking distance. A few blocks away from locally owned coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and even an ice cream shop. Even the historic Oriental theater is four blocks away. Very Close to I-70 and Sheridan Blvd for easy access to ski resorts. 10 minutes from the Stock Show and walking distance to Lakeside Amusement park. I have 1 dog and if you are up for some canine companionship I am sure my dog Eleanor would be up for it. The patio is fenced in if you are not up for canine companionship.

Amazing place

Loved the stay here. It is beautiful, and clean. The host was very responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend booking here if you are in denver. I will be booking it again on my next visit.

Exceeded all expectations

Absolutely fantastic property and neighborhood! Owner was extremely helpful and quickly responsive to any questions we had. The property had everything we needed for a five day stay. We loved walking to all sorts of fun spots nearby, and we felt quite safe in the area. I’d happily live here, and we’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Clean and well equipped

This was one of cleanest VRBO's that I have stayed in so far. The kitchen drawers were very well organized and had everything that we could ask for. Scott was very friendly and responded to me right away. The beds were very comfortable and very soft sheets. He provided extra paper towels, tp hand soap and dishwashing soap which was very much appreciated. The backyard was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Beautiful stay

This was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at. Scott was really accommodating, responsive and organized with the check in process. The location was great, close enough to downtown that you could be there fast but far enough away to get away from the bustle of the city. The unit was very accessible for every age group. We loved our stay! It was spacious and very nice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Denver Accomodation

Garage Mahal was perfect for our family visit to Denver. Stayed 9 nights so had plenty of opportunity to experience Scott’s Vrbo. The location was absolutely perfect. Easy walks to Berkeley Lake/Park and Tennyson Street’s shops/restaurants. Location is very much a neighborhood and feels safe. The unit is sparkling clean, brand new and fillled with every modern convenience, new appliances, comfy beds, lots of windows, well-stocked kitchen. We have stayed at many VRBO‘s, but never one as well stocked as Scott’s. Lots of spices, condiments, coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper- not just for one day. The unit is above a (new) garage and includes renter’s space for one car, bikes, etc. And, unbelievably, it has an elevator! Place is family-friendly but still very well enough appointed to appeal to adults. Scott responded immediately to any/all communications.

Close to downtown in a picturesque neighborhood.

We recently stayed at the Garage Majal for a 3 day weekend. We chose to stay here based on the closeness to Downtown Denver, the ADA accommodations, and the fact that we would have our own garage to park in and not have to deal with finding street parking. We were not disappointed. We were in town for the Queen concert with only 2 out of our party of 4 going. The rest of our group were close to downtown where they could easily drop us off and pick us back up with a very short drive. We have a special needs child and was immediately drawn to the thought, care, and inclusivity that was made in providing a space where all members of our family could safely stay. We have stayed at VRBO properties all over the United States and this was a first finding a property like this. The property was extremely comfortable and everyone felt great going back to it at the end of the day. There is a nice park just two short blocks away. We went for a walk and noticed the neighborhood is extremely quiet. The bedrooms were nice. The bathroom was fabulous. The shower was spa like. We all loved the Bluetooth speaker in the light. There is a washer and dryer if needed. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of seating. There is a large TV above the cozy fireplace. Also, an elevator which was so helpful. There were several special details that we noticed, the soft bedding and luxurious towels were two of them. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Denver area.

Great spot!

This property was spotless and in a perfect location! We didn't have to drive far at all to get to places and had the weather been better, we would've been able to walk to the local restaurants/shops with ease. Side note, the garage spot came in VERY handy when it decided to drop a lot of snow. The owner is very responsive and super friendly! He even offered us some of their garden goods before the first snow of the winter hit! We would absolutely stay here again next we are in Denver!

Definitely a “Touch Above”

Scott’s property is the perfect spot for a stay in Denver. Its’s beautifully finished - exactly like the listing. Well stocked and in a great location. We enjoyed many meals at the restaurants on Tennyson Street only a short walk away. Scott was a great host and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Perfect stay in Denver

This property is fantastic! It is exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops in walking distance. My husband and I went to NFL and MLB games while in town and were able to utilize bus transportation to avoid dealing with parking near the stadiums. The property owner is friendly and responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to other couples visiting the Denver area!

The Getaway of Our Dreams

To say that stay at Scott's was everything we ever dreamed of is an understatement: of the over 50 short term rentals we have used, Scott's location surpasses them all!! From the moment you walk in, you can tell that Scott thought in detail about what he wanted the space to be and ease of use for anyone who stays. There is a ramp from the garage into the space, a fully usable elevator and a shower chair available that makes this a great accessibility stay. Although we did not utilize the living room or second bedroom during our stay, they were beautifully decorated and very cozy. The master bedroom mattress was amazing and there is tons of storage throughout the room. The kitchen is great sized and allowed us to cook meals with ease during our week long stay. Having a single car garage was great and left us feeling secure at night and we loved the small patio space we had. But the best by far was the bathroom. Scott has decked out the bathroom with multiple shower heads, fun lighting and a Bluetooth speaker in the lights. That coupled with the fact that Scott checked on us multiple times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything additional really put this listing above the rest. We couldn't recommend this location more and a big thank you to Scott for such wonderful hospitality!!

Lovely stay
