Cozy Historic Duplex Located in the Heart of Denver - Private Home Gym!

**Plant care people will be in the house every Friday, between 10:30-11:00am. They will ring the doorbell before entering***

Our guests get to experience first hand our home's cozy historic charm, eclectic furnishing, and inviting design. Located in the heart of Denver, this home offers easy access to Pearl Street, Downtown Denver, and much more.

This unique homes comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Including multiple work stations (monitors included) and a private home gym, it makes for a perfect work from home environment.

Layout:
Kitchen is on the lower level and access to the backyard is through the main bedroom.

**the jets in the tub are not operational. Additionally, we do have a 3rd party that waters the indoor plants weekly. They will knock on the front door before entering (Friday's).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened
stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300
payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
