Comfortable spacious two bedroom Ranch Style home is secluded for your peace and quiet while you visit Denver. This property is in the heart of the city, so you will be far enough from the action to enjoy your peace and quiet but close enough for everything you need.

This is a ranch style home that is handicap accessible with ramp as second entrance.

2 Bedroom Home that can comfortable sleep up to 6 guests

The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your time with your family around the dining room table.

For entertainment, the house has a beautiful pool table to gather around and all TVs have a Roku Smart TV w/ Access to Disney Plus+, Netflix, Hulu, etc.

In the backyard, we made it perfect for your staycation experience. Cornhole is available to play and 2 bikes are provided for your outdoor adventure

You will have access to the entire main floor. Basement is locked up. If its set up in the house, it is there for you to use. We ask that you enjoy yourself by being respectful to the amenities and belongings of the property.

We are available throughout your stay, and we take pride in opening our property to you. Our property management team is available 24/7 to answer any questions to provide you the 5 Star accommodations you came for

Secluded in the city is the perfect description of this lovely little home! The area was great, close to downtown and right across from a nice park. We loved the property, absolutely fantastic water pressure and comfy beds. Anything you could need in the kitchen was available and the family games were a fun touch. Would definitely come back!

Great family space. Both bedrooms were awesome for blackout spaces to sleep, but the day bed has a pretty old/springy mattress and could use a topper to be comfortable for an adult to sleep there but is probably just fine for a child. Great location, tucked away but close to lots of things and lovely lake nearby.

We loved our stay here! It is very roomy and also has a very "homey" feel to it. The couch in the living room is very comfortable. I really appreciated that this host had plenty of cookware, utensils, and also spices to use in the kitchen! The bathroom is pretty small, but is well stocked with shampoo's conditioners, and the linen closet is filled with towels! Location was great only 20 minutes from Golden, 10-15 minutes from downtown and five minutes away from charming LoHi area! Will stay again for sure!

Just the right place!

The property was just perfect for our 5 day stay. I was competing at the Barbershop Harmony Society's annual international competition downstown Bellco Theater. We were only 12 mins to get there. We enjoyed our stay and would atay there again!

Cozy 2 BR with good space to relax and hang out

This house is very cozy for a 2 BR set up. It is clean with some good space to hang out in. There is everything you need to cook and clean as well. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Check was very quick and easy. Cute little house. My favourite thing is the kitchen is stocked with all kinds of dishes you may need, as well as different spices which is nice when your are cooking. Fantastic Home Away From Home

We recently booked this property for a week in Denver for our family and had a great stay! The owner was super responsive and accommodating, house was well stocked with everything one would need and the kids loved the board games, table tennis and especially the Pac-Man arcade game! The location is fantastic as you have easy access to I-70, the Highland area restaurants and shops, parks and playgrounds, and downtown is close by. It's also on a cul-de-sac and super quiet with almost no through traffic. The decor and layout is cozy and you'll feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Spring Break

We had a great time staying here for my son’s 25th golden birthday. The inside was roomy, but the cleaning job was not great. We found food under the bed that wasn’t cleaned up from the previous booking. The living room wasn’t vacuumed. The outside was spacious, however needs some TLC. Over all great location!

Cozy and hidden

Super cozy home the entire family was able to enjoy. Kids weren't stuck to their phones since there was actually something fun for them: pool table for the adults, ping pong for the kids. Plenty of room inside and out. When we arrived, I couldn't figure out the thermostat but one message and they we there within 10 minutes!
