Dieses Stadthaus befindet sich Oceanside in Kawama Yacht Club, im Herzen von Key Largo, nur wenige Minuten entfernt von John Pennekamp State Park, weltweit bekannt für seine hervorragende Tauchen, Schnorcheln und Angeln. Mit guten Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen Sie eine Pause vom Kochen und genießen Sie Ihren Abend nach einem Tag auf dem Meer.
Das Stadthaus ist geschmackvoll mit einem Strandhaus-Ambiente eingerichtet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die bequem Platz für 8 Personen bieten, einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit großen Etagenbetten und Etagenbetten mit zwei Einzelbetten, 2 Bädern, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Esszimmer mit viel Platz der Sitzfläche. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Gelegen mit einem schönen Blick auf den Salzwassersee und neben dem "Strand" auf dem See sowie einem der Schwimmbäder. Das Layout und die Lage ist perfekt für Familien, da die Erwachsenen entspannen können und beobachten Sie die Kinder schwimmen und spielen im See, wie sie auf der abgeschirmten Veranda sitzen. Die Benutzung eines Golfwagens ist ebenfalls inbegriffen (muss lizenzierter Fahrer sein, um zu funktionieren). Ein Gasgrill auf der Veranda ist ebenso vorhanden wie Angelruten und Schnorchelausrüstung. Kostenloses Highspeed-Internet und WLAN, das bis zum Poolbereich reichen kann, sind ebenso enthalten wie ein Amazon-Echo. (Frag einfach Alexa, ob er Jimmy Buffet-Musik spielen soll oder wie das Wetter wird)
Zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Clubs gehört ein Yachthafen (mit Bootsrampe) auf der Meerseite des Key Largo neben dem Molasses Riff. Dies ist eine Wohnanlage mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, einem Salzwassersee voller Unterwasserwelt (kein Angeln erlaubt), einem kleinen Sandstrand am Meer, einem Anlegesteg, an dem Sie angeln können, und den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten können, 2 Swimmingpools, ein Kinderspielplatz und Tennisplätze. Diese Annehmlichkeiten machen Kawama zum besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Great Place. The community felt safe and there were other properties within the community for the entire wedding party and most guests to stay. It was a fantastic experience. The host was flexible when I needed to increase the number of guests and worked with me for a more flexible check out.

Fun in Sun

Stayed 6 nightsLove the Kawama Yacht Club, 5th time here. This was our first time staying in the smaller dwellings. Golf cart was a good addition but the seats need to be redone. It was a fun trip. G3 is right outside the lagoon, perfect spot for children.

Family beach house

Kawana is an older gated community with a mix of row houses, 3-story apartment buildings with pools and swimming and pricier condos with boat launch. This site is in one of the first properties to be developed and it’s a comfortable and affordable vacation rental.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay in Kawama. The pools are nice and we enjoyed playing pickle ball on the courts (day and evening with lights) as well as checking out some local attractions.. The unit was nice to stay in and was stocked with all the main supplies that are needed. Although the unit could use some updates, it was very nice.

Unique property, great location. Use of the golf cart and kayak were fantastic. Pools and lagoon were amazing. Have stayed lots of places in the Keys, nowhere else quite like this one.

Great location

Condo had a great location with amities for all in a family. My family enjoyed the golf cart and kayak. The salt water lagoon with jumping pad was fun for all. We stayed over the 4th and the Key Largo parade was a great event.

We Love the Keys

Excellent location, minutes from great restaurants and amenities. The lanai overlooking the lagoon is a great spot to have a morning cup of coffee. Our grandchildren stopped by and really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was recently updated, and there are some things that need to be finished, but it was well stocked with pantry items, cookware, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

Spring break

This was our 2nd spring break at Kawama Yacht Club, 2 couples with 14 and 15 year old boys. The condo was perfect with a great location near the lagoon beach and pool. This is a perfect place for a quiet, more mature vacation with no rowdy crowds and is more natural than commercial. Walking distance to Key Largo Fisheries, easy day trips to Bahia Honda, Islamorada, Everglades, snorkeling, even caught a Marlins game and got back in time to catch the sunset.

We stayed here to snorkel the keys with my husband's parents and our four kids. We had everything we needed here. The kids loved the pool and the lagoon, but our favorite was riding the golf cart out to the point to watch the sunset and fish. Our only negative was the beaches in Key Largo were filled with seaweed and very stinky. We ended up snorkeling from boats and that was great. I would stay here again, my only recommendation is it would be great to have a kayak for the lagoon.

Amazing property manager and rental

This rental was even better than described. Right out back door kids can swim and play while you relax. Close enough to do many outside activities in the area. Exceptional restaurants nearby with great food and drinks. The golf cart was a plus to drive down to the point to watch the sunset. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again. The property owner responds really quickly and very helpful. Thank you Jorge for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for the week.

Perfect family vacation

We had the perfect family vacation! Townhouse had everything we needed and the location was perfect! My 9 year old loved having the lagoon right out the back door while my 12 year old had a blast fishing at the jetty- even catching a barracuda! The golf cart was a nice bonus to cruise around on. The whole resort area was clean and well maintained . Felt super safe and secure having a gate guard. My husband and son went on a night charter and the guard was even there at 2am to let them back in. The resort was close to everything so we didn’t waste our vacation time driving. All the local restaurants were fantastic! Great communication between the owner and also housekeeper for check out. I really can’t think of anything negative to say about our entire trip. We’re already planning our next vacation back!

Great location

The property was at the perfect location. Kitchen seemed to be recently updated but the rest of the house could use updating. Electrical and plumbing seemed to be the big concerns. When taking a shower don’t turn on the washer or try to use the other shower, there will be no water pressure. As far as the electrical, same issue, don’t use a hair dryer with lights on or the lights will start to flicker.

Overall stay was good

We loved the lagoon and the location of the property for all types of entertainment. The furniture and equipment is a bit outdated, but nothing that can’t be overlooked if you focus on the fun outside. It would have been so much better if we would have had good weather, but that’s the risk you take. Two of the bunks are small, single beds, while two are double sized. We thought they were all doubles from the pictures, but it worked out fine for our grown kids. The owner was very accommodating and available for any questions, which was nice. It was also convenient having a golf cart to travel the property. Overall, it was a good place to rent.

Great location, could use a few updates.

The location of the property was great and we really enjoyed the lagoon and the pool. (Along with enjoying some of the wild life like the lizards and fish!) I think that the condo itself could use a few updates and eliminate some unnecessary furniture, decor and items. The screened in porch could use a good cleaning and new cushions on the chairs, they are pretty dirty. The porch on the road could stand to have some of the unused things like the bikes and boxes removed, a good cleaning and also replace the address marker which is currently written on notebook paper. I would have liked to be able to hang my clothes in the closets, we were there for a wedding and needed to hang up dresses etc, but the closets are full of toys and junk. We did have most everything we needed, but the place could use a little TLC. In my opinion it would help with getting guests to rebook because the owner is great to deal with.
