The property was very clean and the host was very helpful with suggestions for local things to do. Located in a great area with access to all that Key Largo has to offer. Perfect place for a couple or a small family. We were there over Memorial Day weekend and I would definitely consider going back. Thank you for letting us stay!

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and the location is excellent. Being on the end was a plus, very little outside noise. Pool was just a few steps away.

Relaxing family trip, great location

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had plenty of space for us. We cooked several meals, the kitchen was well stocked and grill on the porch worked out great. Pool and lagoon areas were nice. We loved sitting out on the jetty/pier in the evenings. It’s a perfect spot to end the day with a nice beverage, a beautiful view, and amazing sea breeze!

Memorial 2025

Great place to stay if you have a big family and have a boat. The property is perfect and amazing with a Lagoon for snorkeling and kayaking. Our townhome was super equipped with everything. We didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back.

Family had a great time

The home was comfortable and welcoming. Loved the corner spot not right on top of the pool but only a short walk. The kids loved swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon. Close to Pennekamp state park and swimming with the dolphins. We had a great time! Thanks

Amazing!

The property is comfortable, has everything you can need for a great vacation with kids. The yatch club is wonderful, kids can play and the marina is easy to use if you bring your own boat. The property manager communication is quick and amazing. We will for sure go back to this property since we had a blast on our vacations!

This place and the entire property is extremely dated with lots of clutter throughout. There were ants and roaches in kitchen. The stove has no ventilation exhaust. Curtains are see through and provided minimal privacy and allowed street light to show through at night. There were broken outdoor chairs on porch. The second bath has a shower the size of an old fashioned phone booth. If someone walks across the floor upstairs the popcorn ceiling below flakes off onto the dining table or your meal. The second bedroom tv never worked and was actually an old computer monitor. The complex is being repainted but you can’t cover up the junk many of the owners accumulated and have on the property. The description of this property is misleading.

Convenient and cosy

Two divers on an extended weekend. Loved the location, ease of check in and out, and the well equipped condo. Easy to cook in. No dishwasher.

Better than we imagined

We were so excited when we got to the unit because of what was in the 'backyard;' the pool was right there, as were the tennis and pickleball courts, the marina, and the bay for snorkeling. But the best surprise was the lagoon!!!! It was so awesome!! We totally recommend this place!

Great stay

We came on a very hectic weekend and they hosts were very helpful and responded to us rather quickly. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.We loved the welcoming kit they left for us when we arrived. The kitchen had just enough cook ware but could use some more sharp knives. The beds were clean and very comfy. It was a very fun smooth vacation. We always love coming here and can not wait to stay again.

Family getaway

Everything was very easy, clean and accommodating. Cute little place, boat parking required 300/100k insurance which we weren't able to get in touch with the marina to find that out before getting to location. But still was nice having access to boat ramp threw out our stay no extra charge to park boat or use the ramp.

Exactly as promised

The condo was in great shape. Clean, both bedrooms had own balcony, spacious. Loved that the pool is just a few feet away. The location is close enough to town for shopping and restaurants. Renting a car was our best bet, as we wanted to explore the Keys at our own pace. Price was in our range. We're very happy with the whole experience.

Florida retreat

Checking in was so easy and the property manager was very responsive(The garbage disposal didn’t work). The floors weren’t very clean (our socks were dark after wearing them inside on the first day). The pool was beautiful but super warm…the lagoon provided cool relief and there were so many fish! Great snorkeling!!! My

Cool comfortable affordable place

Great location, nice pool and lagoon, picturesque and comfortable. We could have spent all our time just hanging by the pool, snorkeling the lagoon and walking around the area. The upstairs shower has a slow drain, the mattresses and pillows are old, and the lights sometimes flicker. But the location and amenities outweighed these minor issues for us. We also noticed it’s a little cooler on this side of Key Largo than on the gulf side. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return next tine we’re in the Keys.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

This was our second stay in this unit. Like the location. Parking over the weekend was almost none existent. There are carts and boats parked in the lot with no space for cars. The unit needs some maintenance and not sure the last time the floor saw a wet mop. Overall we had a good stay.
