Very nice unit. Our 5th stay at Kawana Resort. This is now our favorite. Very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, attentive and accommodating owner. Great location, near pool and lagoon. Golf cart was a great added bonus. 5 of us, including 2 kids. We all loved our stay and will be back.

The condo was perfect!! We loved the setup, location and vibe. Having the pool right out the back door, playground right next to that and lagoon too?, so awesome! The fish in the lagoon were awesome. Made for great snorkeling and we even brought our scuba gear to dive it. Way cool. Laundry on the patio, golf cart for exploring and comfy beds to crash in. Couldn’t ask for better. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location to the pool and jetty. The pavilion was also ideally located near the unit, so we could all have a meal together at a table. Host was the best in communicating I have ever experienced. Scuba dived with Quiescence which was fabulous.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this Key Largo Coastal Condo! Annmarie is an exceptional host, providing us with lots of info and recommendations before we even arrived, and checking in throughout our trip to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo itself is well stocked with lots of extras! It’s clean, comfortable, and has a great set up for families. The golf cart was lots of fun to use, as were the paddle boards! The condo resort was awesome! There was so much to do (2 pools, a lagoon to swim in and feed fish, the beach and jetty, tennis) and it was close to so many things Key Largo has to offer. My girls and I were even able to walk to Dolphin Life for a tour and swim with the dolphins! All around, we were thrilled to stay here and will hopefully be back soon!

The thoroughness of this information immediately eased my anxiety about planning our days and finding great places to eat.Annamarie checked in with us on our first full day to ensure we had everything we needed, and she responded quickly to every question we asked. Her attentiveness made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.The condo itself has everything a family could need, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location couldn't be better—we had direct access to the pool right from our back door, and the tennis courts, additional pools, and beach/ocean area were all just a short walk away.This is the perfect place to relax, explore the area, and soak up the sun. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot and would absolutely return!

This place had everything you possibly need to enjoy your stay in Key Largo, all you have to do for this place is bring your clothes and food. Everything else is there. Annmarie was wonderful. Me, my fiancé and 2 friends went down to celebrate my daughter's 27th birthday(daughter passed away in 2024). Key Largo was my daughter's favorite place. They were kind and very generous. The place was beautiful. Everyone on the property was nice and had courtesy. We grilled streaks one night down by the water and had mimosa the next morning by the water. We did not use the bikes or kayaks because I am scared of the any water. We would 100% recommend this place!

Hi!  We are the Norman Family!  We've always loved the ocean and found our peace and happiness in the Florida Keys a few years back at this EXACT CONDO!!!   It became our own and we feel so lucky to own it and share it with the world. We got hooked...pun intended!  We love all things ocean water sports and the peace and serenity it brings us with our busy lives with work and kids.  Of all the places to travel, we repeatedly come back to this place.  We love our quality family time, but we also love friends weekends, so this is literally the perfect resort to have whatever you are in need of.  Tropical family vacation full of excursions or just lay by the pools and lagoon or friends or couples trip and do all of the things the Florida Keys has to offer!  Our kids love to snorkel in the lagoon, collect crabs in the coral reef right off the Jetty and just ride around on the golf cart.  We kayak, paddle board, swim, boat, snorkel and rest and we hope you feel the exact same way.  We hope we "hook" you into coming back to Reefside Lagoon Retreat for years to come.  Our home is your home away from home.
