Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying in unit 3042 at Shoreline Towers. The unit was clean upon arrival. Walking into the unit and seeing the view of the water is awesome. It is just a short walk to the white sand. Having the free beach chair set up is a plus.There is shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We also made good use of the exercise room and pool. Already looking forward to 2020.

Wonderful Condo and Perfect Location

Loved the condo and pictures match in person. It was beautifully decorated and completely updated. Located in Building 3 of Shoreline Towers which is closest to the pool and tennis courts. Short walk through parking lot to access beach is no big deal at all. The unit had plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals just bring the food. Washer and Dryer is a must and used often. Entire unit has laminate flooring so easy for clean up from the beach. Unit came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella set-up which was awesome. You just go down to the beach and the attendants will have you set-up every day no questions. Location is perfect and close to grocery store and Target and only a few mins away from Harbor Walk Village which is a must. First time to Destin and will for sure come back and if given the opportunity we would stay at this unit again. Really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Nice place

It was a nice place and close to the beach. One thing I wish it would have included more of items the condo contained or didn’t contain like hair dryer, spices, beach towels, etc. I am accustom for these places to have some spices and basic things a hotel would have.

Hear Everything

The unit was nice and mostly clean. It was a very short walk to the beach and it’s in a great location near most of the popular restaurants. This was the first get a way for my wife and I in 16 years. It was supposed to be relaxing. Unfortunately you can hear everything in this unit. It’s like the walls and ceiling is paper thin. Every morning the unit above us started their day very early and made it impossible to sleep in. When we would come back from the beach after lunch to try and nap, it sounded like the neighbors were rearranging the furniture the entire day. You can hear every step they take. Then at night they would party till after midnight. A call to security was no help. There was zero relaxing in the unit. If you don’t care about sleep and relaxation then this is a nice unit. If you want a quiet get a way stay somewhere else.

Loved this condo! So cute. Stayed a week during hurricane Sally. The condo was really nice while we were stuck inside because of the hurricane. The beach was literally across the parking lot. Was not beach front but did have an ocean view. We will be back , hopefully we will get more sunny days next time.

The first night there, my husband moved the ottoman so he could rest his feet on it and there were two pill capsules underneath it. That meant it hadn’t been moved when the rug was swept and that could have been dangerous had we had small children with us. All three beds had a thick pad laying over the mattresses. We didn’t care for that at all as they kept sliding down, leaving a gap under our heads. We did love the beach service on our beach days. They crew at the beach was top notch. We loved the local restaurants!! They were The Shimp Basket, AJ’s, Merlin’s, Dewey’s, and The Gulf. Overall, it was a great trip!!

We stayed in unit 3042 this was our first time staying in Destin the condo was very nice being it had been remolded. A few down falls the internet is terrible, I thought the mattress and pillows would have bed bug protectors on them but they didn’t ( yes I am that person who checks as soon as I get there) has if I had a condo in order to keep it nice it could definitely use a deep clean.

The size is far bigger than any other we have experienced. The 24 hour security was quite a bonus. The location of this condo can’t be beat... it’s right in the heart of Destin and close to all the restaurants. The beach service is so nice to have and the guys and lady are friendly and professional. This place is great and we can’t wait to return next year!!

Beautifully remodeled condo with beach service!

We loved, loved, loved this condo! It was beautifully remodeled and maintained and it was nice and quiet- the only time we heard a neighbor was when they opened the sliders in the unit above us. We also loved having the daily beach service - being able to have chairs and an umbrella each day reserved for us was awesome! And if you tip the guy well, he’ll get you a good spot :) Our only cons were that the remotes were all mixed up and we never did find the DVD remote for the front room. Who cares, right? And the front entry to the complex is a little hard to see the first time or two you are looking for it. Once you know where it is, it’s fine. Oh, and the WiFi was not awesome. It didn’t want to connect a bunch of times. Other times it was fine. Overall, checkin went smoothly, front guards were great, condo was great...no real complaints!

Beds were comfortable (King in master and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom) and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. It is very short walk to the pool and also to the ocean. The reserved umbrella and beach chairs included with unit were a great amenity. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and would gladly visit again!
