The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower and the second with an extended single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided at the security gate upon arrival.

•Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older. No exceptions.
