This thoughtfully designed home offers 1,734 square feet of comfortable living space, perfect for families and small groups looking to relax and explore Colorado Springs.

🛋️ The main level welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a large Smart TV and Bose speaker, ideal for unwinding after a day out. The dining area seats eight and connects easily to the updated kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and gathering. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find a convenient half bath and laundry area, making longer stays simple and stress-free.

🛏️ The primary bedroom with a king bed is located just off the living room for easy access. Down the hall, a second bedroom with a queen bed sits near a full bathroom and offers access to the backyard. The third bedroom is tucked away for added privacy, accessed through the second bedroom and down a short set of stairs. This space features a queen bed, beautiful bay windows, and a private en-suite bathroom.
*Additional sleeping space is available with a queen foam sleeper sofa in the living room.

> A camper is located at the back of the property and is occasionally used by a groundskeeper; it is separated by trees and typically not visible
> Starter supplies are provided (paper products, toiletries, etc.)
