The Space:
4 story home features 9 beds, 5 full baths, and 4 private bedrooms with 3 common spaces which include more sleeping options. Epic rooftop views with patio furniture, rooftop grill, chefs kitchen, 2 kitchenettes on floor 1 and 4 and elevator.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire house except for locked closet in garage.

The Neighborhood:
Cumberland Heights is an exclusive neighborhood with rows of modern mansions boasting the best skyline views of downtown Nashville. A quick 3 mile drive to downtown, but the view is a shorter 1.4 miles away.

Getting Around:
Quick drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Nashville.

Other Things to Note:
No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.

Interaction with Guests:
I won't plan on being there and am remotely available to help, but can make plans to be there if requested in advance (and sometimes not in advance, just depends).
