Enjoy the retro glam of these two stylish homes, each echoing the charm of decades past. Located in vibrant Germantown, these attached homes offer all the modern comforts for a fun and memorable Nashville stay.



Set on the same lot as our historic home—an Airbnb favorite since 2019—guests can enjoy a welcoming backyard with a bocce ball court, gas grill, and cozy courtyard. It’s the perfect spot to relax after exploring Music City.



The Space:

At a glance:

* Only 1.6 miles (a 6-min ride) to downtown Nashville. Close to Salemtown, Nissan Stadium, Ascend Amphitheater, the Gulch, East Nashville, Vanderbilt University, and 12South.



* Each part of the attached townhouses is 1,500 sq ft: Unit B has 4 beds (3 queen beds and a large couch) and 3 full baths; Unit C has 5 beds (4 queen beds, a convertible sofa bed) and 3 full baths. Can accommodate up to 14 guests!



* Every bedroom is appointed with Smart/TV (includes Netflix, Hulu, Fubo TV, and other streaming apps), and a luxury pillow-top mattress.



* Pack n' Play and/or High Chair available for the little kiddos upon request.



* Communal courtyard space with gas grill and bocce ball court

* Ample street parking is available for your stay should you be traveling by car. No decal is required for street parking use.

The Germantown district offers boutiques, bars, restaurants, and breweries, all within a 3-block radius of this home. Local recommendations include the Farmers' Market, Sedona Taproom, Mother's Ruin, and baseball games at Nashville Sounds. It is a family-oriented neighborhood with a rich cultural history.



Getting Around:

Germantown is known for being incredibly walkable, with most people traveling by foot to explore the neighborhood. That said, many locals and guests alike also enjoy using the electric rental scooters located throughout the Germantown District. In Nashville, our motorized scooter programs include Bird, Lime, and Lyft. Feel free to download the app to find nearby scooters. Rates start at $1 to unlock and $0.15/minute thereafter.



Downtown Nashville (Broadway) is only 1.6 miles from Germantown, less than 8 minutes via Uber, Lyft, or any taxis that service the area.
