The kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting ample counter space, a large island with granite countertops, and elegant tiled floors that add a touch of sophistication. Downstairs, find the game room which features an Air Hockey table, a Foosball table, and plenty of space to challenge friends and family to a little friendly competition. Adjacent to this space is a screened in porch with comfy seating that will take relaxation to the next level. Free WiFi is also available throughout the property.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Well-appointed with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! Gather around the inviting dining table or the alfresco dining area on the deck to share stories about the day's adventures.

Just beyond the back deck, a friendly game of Cornhole awaits in the yard—perfect for casual competition while enjoying the fresh mountain air, or fire up the propane grill on the lower-level deck and host a lakeside cookout. For water lovers, Three Horizons Retreat offers direct access to Douglas Lake with a private floating dock and boat slip. After an action-packed day, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading to the ultimate relaxation spot—the bubbling hot tub—perfect way to unwind under a canopy of stars. Let the warm water soothe your muscles as you recount the day's adventures or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountain night.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

★PARKING★
Free parking for 5-6 vehicles in premises. Feel free to bring the RV along with your boat and all of your water toys!

*IMPORTANT* Please note that while the property does have a garage, it will not be accessible to guests during their stay.
