Ich habe mich in unser Haus in Arizona verliebt, als ich zur TĂŒr hereinkam! Unser einstöckiges Haus ist der perfekte Zufluchtsort, reich dekoriert, aber auch Ă€ußerst gemĂŒtlich und komfortabel. Alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause warten auf Ihre Ankunft. Jedes Zimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen eigenen Deckenventilator und BettwĂ€sche mit hoher Fadenzahl. Jeder macht einen anderen Urlaub und dieses Zuhause erlaubt dies. Einige Leute lehnen sich gerne zurĂŒck und schauen sich Filme an (auf unserem 65-Zoll-HD-Fernseher), andere mögen ruhige Lesezeiten. Andere hĂ€ngen gerne den ganzen Tag im Pool (Heizung optional) und im Spa. Vielleicht möchten Sie eine romantische Zeit am Kaminfeuer im gemĂŒtlichen Ramada verbringen. Unsere Outdoor-Oase ist nachts mit speziellen Lichteffekten einfach traumhaft. Paradies! Möchten Sie Ihre Putting-FĂ€higkeiten verbessern? Dies ist der Ort mit vielen BĂ€llen und Putter. Wir haben auch zwei Fahrrad-Strandkreuzer fĂŒr Ihren Gebrauch wĂ€hrend Ihres Aufenthalts. Unsere liebenswerte Gemeinde bietet viele, viele Kilometer gewundene Wanderwege und jede Menge Annehmlichkeiten. Unser Haus ist perfekt fĂŒr Familientreffen, Familien mit Kindern (Pool ist eingezĂ€unt und eingezĂ€unt), Golfgruppen und MĂ€dchen / Jungs Kurzurlaub. Unsere KĂŒche ist eine Freude mit Granit, alle Utensilien, Geschirr, GlĂ€ser, Kochgeschirr, KleingerĂ€te geliefert. In unserem Haus gibt es ein Kinderspiel, eine Babyschaukel (drinnen) und eine Boppy-Liege. Gilbert ist eine wundervolle Familiengemeinschaft, die sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zu großartigen GolfplĂ€tzen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem FrĂŒhlingstraining der Major League Teams und einigen großartigen Restaurants befindet. Our family stayed at this home in order to be together to celebrate Christmas and New Years. The home was very spacious so we were not on top of each other. Having both a living room and a family room were ideal. The kitchen was large and incredibly well equipped with numerous serving platters and bowls. We loved spending time enjoying the outdoor fireplace. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and pleasant. The owners were delightful to deal with, so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect Getaway

Our family and friends who came along on our week long getaway had an amazing time at the property. We spent hours in the pool and spa. The outdoor fireplace was a perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. We loved everything about the property and wish we could have stayed longer! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. Dave and Sue are great owners, and awesome work with. We definitely can’t wait until we can go back.

Dave & Sue went above and beyond to provide us with the perfect getaway to spend the holidays with our family. Montana Visitors

This home was everything a VRBO should be. It had every amenity a guest could want. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The back yard was a mini resort with a lovely pool and spa, cabana with outdoor fireplace and bbq, fruit trees, a putting green and outdoor dining area. The owners were immediately responsive to any inquiry or request. Definitely 5 star in every respect.

Three generations of my family consisting of grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and 2 1/2 year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at Dave and Sue’s Casa del Sol. The property is fully equipped with top notch supplies, linens and amenities. One wouldn’t need to leave the property; nevertheless, we explored the area and were duly impressed by the community of Power Ranch with its vast walking/biking trails and friendly atmosphere. We hope to make this an annual family event!

Beautiful desert oasis!

It was late August in Arizona so we decided of course to leave Colorado to visit the sweltering heat of the desert. Luckily we had the pleasure of staying in the absolute oasis of a home here in Gilbert! The pool and spa were incredible and our hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We have 2 small children and will definitely be coming back to stay in the future. Thanks again to Dave and Sue. We really appreciate the hospitality.

Just Awesome!

My stay was truly a real vacation! Your house is beautiful. It is so well maintained and clean. Great layout and design. The pool area and waterfalls are great! I walked everyday on the trails which are groomed and maintained. I really did not want to leave and go back to reality. Honestly, I can not say enough of how much I enjoyed my stay. Already, reserved my spot for next year, and many more to come. Thank you again!

It was like being in our own Home !

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Clean, modern home in a nice Gilbert neighborhood. Sue and Dave have everything you need for an extended stay are very available to help when needed. We were there for two weeks over the Holidays and we were even able to put up a Christmas tree they had in the very clean garage. Pool / Spa very nice and easy to run even for the mildly tech-challenged like me. My wife (a self-admitted clean freak) likened it to being in our own home. We would definitely think about staying there again next year.

Family Thansgiving gathering

We are a Seattle couple with grown children and grandbabies scattered across the country. We wanted to get together for Thanksgiving so everyone could meet the newest addition. The Cottlers' home in Power Ranch turned out to be the perfect location! It was truly a home away from home; Sue has furnished it beautifully and has supplied it with everything you could think of and more! The pool was lovely and even attractively fenced for the safety of little ones. My husband especially enjoyed the putting green. We highly recommend this vacation home!

A beautiful home with a great backyard in a very relaxing and quiet neighborhood.

This place was a perfect location again for us Dave and Sue do a great job of having the property ready and very well organized and are great to work with. This is our second year here and we loved it again. The heated pool ground level jacuzzi ,outdoor grill and putting green make it a paradise in your backyard! We also love the area with plenty of walking paths parks and biking. It is also located in a perfect location in Power Ranch that gives you short travels to SanTan Village for great shopping and restaurants. We also like the fact that we can be at Mesa Gateway airport in 10 minuets or less. Overall we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Mark and Colleen

This a beautiful property in a great location. Very quiet and convenient location loved it!

We had a great time at this place it was everything we had hoped to find for a place to relax. The owner Sue was great to work with everything was well organized and very well kept. The house is beautiful and has an excellent floor plan for guests. The back yard is amazing the ground level hot tub and pool are great and having an outdoor grilling area and shade is also very nice. We used the area walk paths and bike trails alot.Power Ranch area has much to offer a beautiful area that is quiet and relaxing has a small town feel. This area is also close to the Gateway airport as well as SanTan village I think you can get to either place in under 15 minutes by car. This is a place we would definitely be interested in again I have only good things to say about our experience thanks Sue!!

Great family get away

Took my family here in early July. Had a great time relaxing at the pool and cooling off in the water. Would typically give this a 5 star but a couple of the bedrooms were extremely hot while others ice cold so kids had to sleep with us and the pool would get dirty on certain days and stay dirty, pool lights didn't work either and we never saw a pool tech who was suppose to show. . Besides that, great place to rent and take the family. Dave and Sue are good people and location is great for restaurants, shopping, walking, etc. I am sure they will get those other issues we experienced handled as well as the place was very well kept and supplied. Park is right beside the house which we like. All in all great trip

Luxury living!

We have rented homes the past 3 years and nothing comes close to this awesome home! We had 2 families with kids ranging from 9 to 17 and everyone loved it! The amenities were top of the line! It felt like we were staying in a five star resort. Beds were very comfortable and Sue even supplies pool towels. We spent every night relaxing by the fire place. Plenty of seating for big groups. The putting green was a big hit with the kids and the pool was so warm even I got in. There is plenty to do in the area. The Wednesday night farmers market was a pleasant surprise and everyone should experience the bbq at San Tan Flats. We would definitely recommend this home and plan on staying here again. Our 9 year old said she wanted to live there. Thank you Sue and Dave for sharing your lovely home with us!

Gorgeous house with a refreshing pool

Sue was very responsive since the first contact and throughout the whole process. My family stayed in her beautiful and well appointed house for a week while we visited family in the area. I appreciated that there were soap in the showers, toilet paper rolls, and paper towels in the kitchen. There were plenty of pool towels too. Speaking of pool, my sons and I thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing pool. There were plenty of noodles and floats to use. We had everything we needed. We didn't have to go get anything. It was an absolutely relaxing vacation to spend a week in the house. Would love to return again when the opportunity arises! Thank you Dave and Sue for sharing your house with us!

5 stars in every respect

We had an amazing Christmas break here with our three kids and extended family, and we really didn't want to leave! Having used VRBO many times over the years, including other homes in Southern AZ, this property is hands-down the most luxurious and best-equipped that we have ever rented. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable, and (unlike most VRBO rentals) the kitchen cupboards were a treasure-trove of high quality glassware, dinnerware, condiments, and every bit of kitchen kit a chef could need. The outdoor space was like having our own mini-resort - with many hours spent sitting round the fireplace or in the spa. We also paid to heat the pool which was definitely worth it, as the heater did a great job of holding to a temp of at least 88 degrees, and this meant the kids went in every single day despite it being the middle of winter! And Dave and Sue are the absolute best hosts. They were super welcoming and super responsive throughout our stay, and they clearly take great pride in the quality of their home and the experience of their guests. Thanks again, and we hope to be back!

Doesn’t get better than this!

We can’t say enough about this great property! The owners Dave and Sue are excellent hosts. They kept in touch with us and answered any questions we had immediately. The home has everything you could possibly need for cooking. The swimming pool, putting green and gazebo with fireplace are awesome. We had the pool heated while our grandkids visited, it was wonderful. You won’t believe all the pool toys, rafts, life jackets etc. for the pool. The spa was a big hit after each round of golf. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The home is located near shopping, restaurants and activities. We have stayed at several VRBO’S and this one tops them all. Great house, great location and great hosts! Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Vacation in paradise

This VRBO far exceeded our expectations. This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and the backyard is a mini-resort/paradise! The home and yard have everything you could possibly need or want provided (pool, spa, ramada, outdoor kitchen, putt putt course, etc). The location is great, close to many restaurants and retail. Owners Dave and Sue were incredible to work with and responded instantly anytime we had questions. The home was immaculately clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful week/vacation and we look forward to coming back again in the future. Will definitely rent this home again. Totally blows away any other VRBO we have rented in the past! Thank you to our wonderful hosts Dave and Sue for sharing your gorgeous home with us! We had a wonderful and relaxing vacatin!

We were looking for a vacation home away from home in a sunny, warm climate. Also important to us was the ability to be close to fun, outdoor activities, great restaurants and nature. This home fit the bill when looking for the perfect home to make lasting memories for our family and friends.

We hope that you love it as much as we do and want to return again and again for your relaxing, luxurious, warm getaway to the Arizona sunshine!

The minute we walked into this home, we knew that we wanted to have this be our vacation home. We need to get to the sunshine on occasion and Arizona offers a wonderful climate and so many activities. So, when looking for our home away from home we happened upon this house and that was it for us! The outdoor oasis was what really sold us on the house. The outdoor ambiance is beautiful at night. We always feel like we are transported to Paradise!!
This lovely community offers two pools, various sports courts and 27 miles of bike/walking trails. Right down the street on Wednesdays we have a Farmers Market on Wednesdays from 4-8PM.
