Backyard of Dreams w/ Heated Pool!

Walking into this gorgeous updated 4 bedroom/2 bath home you will immediately notice the comfortable spaces and attention to detail. You are greeted by a cozy living room with big screen smart TV and comfortable dining room with seating for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The island in the kitchen is perfect place to pull up a stool for breakfast or to have a glass of wine while preparing dinner. The modern family room has plenty of comfortable seating and leads out to the spacious back yard. The master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath. The master bath features a spacious walk in shower, and double sinks. There are three other bedrooms which sleep an additional 6 guests with one additional king bed, one queen bed, and the final bedroom has a double and a twin. In the summer the pool will be cool and inviting even on the warmest days and can be heated for an additional fee during the winter. The back yard boasts a covered patio with furniture perfect for relaxing, a built in BBQ grill and a gas fireplace for those cooler evenings. The turf yard is enormous and is the perfect place to lounge or play yard games. This home is welcoming and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun.

Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately.

This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.
