Relaxation begins on the ground floor’s shady lanai with 2 alfresco tables collectively seating 8 and views of St. Joe’s Bay.

Step inside this 3-level beach retreat on the second floor to discover a polished interior with gleaming wood floors, splashes of vibrant color, contemporary finishes, and lots of bright sunlight. A den with a pillow-soft sofa and 2 club chairs invite guests to gather with friends or family. Wander onto the furnished balcony for unfettered Bay views. The floor hosts 3 inviting guest bedrooms. The first 2 guest bedrooms have 1 king bed and a private bathroom each, and the final guest bedroom has 2 comfortable queen beds.

Continue up the sunlit stairwell to the open-concept great room on the top level. Windows and French doors along the back wall provide entrancing views of the turquoise waters and fill the space with natural light. Culinary-inclined guests will love the chef’s kitchen featuring high-end appliances, an oversized island that doubles as a 4-seat breakfast bar, and a clear view of living and dining areas for easy conversation during meal prep. Enjoy cheerful brunches at the 6-seat table or dine alfresco at the balcony’s table for 4. In the living space, curl up on the 2 matching white couches and unwind after an exciting day. When night falls, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed, sitting area, and private bathroom at the opposite end of the home. For convenience, there is a washer and dryer off the hall.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus tax.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
